C26- WHAT HIS FUTURE HOLDS  *

WHATS NEXT FOR T-RUMP?

Nothing Good for US

Not Really Wanted in Mar-A-Lago  —  President Donald Trump’s Florida neighbors are taking action meant to stop him from moving permanently to his Mar-a-Lago beach resort, according to a Washington Post report.  Neighbors reportedly wrote a letter to Palm Beach authorities and the US Secret Service saying Trump had no legal right to live at Mar-A-ago full time, citing legal precedent from a 1993 agreement Trump signed.

According to The Post, the letter says Palm Beach authorities should promptly notify T-RUMP he is not allowed to live at Mar-a-Lago to avoid an “embarrassing situation" in which a former president had to be evicted.

The Post said it obtained a copy of the letter, in which it says the neighbors mentioned an agreement that T-RUMP signed in 1993 when he sought to turn what had been a residence into a private club.

Under the terms of the agreement, no guest is permitted to stay at the club for more than “ Three non-consecutive seven day periods” during one year.  The letter, written by an attorney representing the DeMoss family, who are Mar-a-Lago’s neighbors, says Palm Beach officials should notify Trump he is not allowed to live at Mar-a-Lago to avoid an "embarrassing situation" in which a former president would face an eviction.

Trump’s Private Bankers Resign From Deutsche Bank  —
Deutsche Banks says Rosemary Vrablic and Dominic Scalzi, the private bankers responsible
for lending to President Donald Trump and Jared Kushner, have resigned.
CNN Kara Scannell reports.
SIDEBAR:   Do they know a few things,  a Subpoena… A subpoena or witness summons is a writ issued by a government agency, most often a court, to compel testimony by a witness or production of evidence under a penalty for failure.  Don’t forget their names… I’m sure the government won’t either…

The Secret Service — Protecting T-RUMP Till Hopefully Mestopheles Acts

Each former president receives the President's Daily Brief, a top-secret summary of US intelligence and world events, in a format and style that suits them.   Biden received his first one on Monday after T-RUMP repeatedly refused to give him access. If Biden feels national security will be put at risk by T-RUMP being provided with the information, he can revoke access.

Secret Service protection  -  Trump is entitled to lifetime Secret Service protection.   Melania will also be entitled to the same protection unless she remarries.  Barron will also receive protection until he turns 16. He was born March 20, 2006.  The cost of this is funded through the budget of the Secret Service and is not publicly disclosed for security reasons.

Annual pensions for life  --  Each former president gets a lifetime pension equal to the pay the head of an executive government department receives.Trump's will be approximately $US219,000 each year and he will start receiving this immediately after he leaves office.  Melania will also be entitled to a lifetime annual pension of around $US20,000.

Office space and staffing allowance  --  Though it's unlikely Trump will be unable to personally afford it, he will get funding for the expenses of leaving office for seven months.  This includes money to establish, furnish and staff an official office anywhere in the US.

Travel expenses  —  Donald and Melania Trump will get a travel allowance once he becomes an ex-president, but will lose access to Air Force One.  Trump will get up to $US1 million annually to cover travel for himself and up to two staff members.  Melania is also eligible for up to $US500,000 per year for official travel and security.

Health benefits  --  Surprisingly, or perhaps unsurprisingly given the US health system, there is no law that explicitly governs the payment of health benefits for former presidents.   T-RUMP and Melania will be able to access the best medical treatment at military hospitals, but must pay a nominal fee for it.  he can apply for Obama care…( he he) or They have the option of enrolling in a private health insurance plan at their own expense.

Trump’s most loyal subordinate Pence will announce the US election result, but there could be one final twist .  America's vaccine is here. This is why T-RUMP was offered it first - and turned it down.

Use of the Presidential Townhouse  — The Presidential Townhouse is a US Government-owned building in Washington DC reserved for the exclusive use of former presidents during visits to the capital.

Defeat Is His Achilles Heel --

Per the New York Times:  Seldom far from Mr. Trump’s thoughts, however, defeat—and the potential consequences of being ejected from the White House. In unguarded moments, Mr. T-RUMP has for weeks told advisers that he expects to face intensifying scrutiny from prosecutors. He is concerned not only about existing investigations in New York, but the potential for new federal probes as well, according to people who have spoken with him.

Given that more than a dozen investigations and civil suits involving T-RUMP are currently under way, he could be looking at an endgame even more perilous than the one confronted by Nixon.  Since these involve his businesses not government he is liable. And not pardonable…

Two of the investigations into Trump are being led by powerful state and city law-enforcement officials in New York. Cyrus Vance, Jr., the Manhattan District Attorney, and Letitia James, New York’s attorney general, are independently pursuing potential criminal charges related to Trump’s business practices before he became President. Because their jurisdictions lie outside the federal realm, any indictments or convictions resulting from their actions would be beyond the reach of a Presidential pardon.

Trump’s legal expenses alone are likely to be daunting. (By the time Bill Clinton left the White House, he’d racked up more than ten million dollars in legal fees.) And Trump’s finances are already under growing strain. During the next four years, according to a stunning recent Times report, T-RUMP whether reëlected or not—must meet payment deadlines for more than four hundred million dollars in loans that he has personally guaranteed; much of this debt is owed to such foreign creditors as Deutsche Bank. Unless he can refinance with the lenders, he will be on the hook.  Research has indicated that is not even half of what he really owes.

The  Loss Means He Loses A Lot More Than You Might Think   Washington authorities investigating the T-RUMP Organization have expanded their inquiries to include tax write-offs involving millions of dollars in T-RUMPS phone fraud traditional family values, being a third generation scumbag.

His grandfather  was a pimp and ran a whorehouse, his father about as corrupt as you can get and Donald, good at corruption but a frickin moron, follows their lead, its of fake consulting fees, according to people familiar with the investigation.

Investigators with the Manhattan district attorney’s office, which is conducting a broad criminal investigation, and the New York attorney general’s office, which has a civil inquiry under way, have subpoenaed the T-RUMP Organization seeking records relating to those consulting fees.  Tax evasion put Capone in jail, not his murders.

The subpoenas were in response to a New York Times investigation into President Donald Trump's tax returns that first disclosed that he took $26 million in write-offs that came from fees he paid to consultants, including an apparent $747,000 fee that the Times said matched a payment disclosed by Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump.

The New York attorney general's investigation is focusing on whether the Trump Organization or Trump improperly inflated the value of certain assets in violation of tax laws or when seeking loans and the forgiveness of a $100 million loan. They have identified at least four T-RUMP properties that are under scrutiny.

Higher Stakes And Long Overdue  —  Without some of the protections afforded him by the presidency, T-RUMP will become vulnerable to multiple investigations looking into possible fraud in his financial business dealings as a private citizen -- both as an individual and through his company.

He faces defamation lawsuits sparked by his denials of accusations made by women who have alleged he assaulted them, including E. Jean Carroll, the former magazine columnist who has accused him of rape. And then there are claims he corrupted the presidency for his personal profits.

As President, Trump has been able to block and delay several of these investigations and lawsuits -- including a yearlong fight over a subpoena for his tax returns -- in part because of his official position. Many of those matters have wound through the courts and will come to a head.

Playing Fast And Loose With Value Of Company Assets  —  The New York attorney general is also proceeding with a separate civil investigation into the Trump Organization and whether it improperly inflated the value of certain assets in some instances and lowered them in others, in an effort to secure loans and obtain economic and tax benefits.

Investigators are looking into the tax breaks taken at the Trump Seven Springs property in Bedford, New York, and the Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles. They are also investigating the valuation of a Trump office tower on Wall Street and the forgiveness of a more than $100 million loan on the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago.

Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, sat remotely for a deposition with civil investigators last week. The lawyers are seeking additional depositions with Sheri Dillon, Trump's longtime tax lawyer.

Opening The Floodgates To Lawsuits   T-RUMP not reelected,  will lose the deference that courts have given to sitting presidents, opening the floodgates for many lawsuits.

—The state attorneys general of Washington, DC, and Maryland sued the President in 2017, alleging he corruptly profited off his position by placing his financial interests above those of American citizens.   They are all lining up…

— The state investigators prepared more than 30 subpoenas, including to the T-RUMP Organization, and others relating to the Trump businesses. Trump sued to block the lawsuit, which alleges he violated the emoluments clause of the Constitution by virtue of the hundreds of thousands of dollars that foreign governments and others have spent at his properties. T-RUMP has appealed the ruling to the Supreme Court, which has not yet decided whether to hear the case.

—  A second emoluments lawsuit brought by hotel and restaurant operators in New York is also pending.

—  Judge rules E. Jean Carroll can continue to seek Trump’s DNA in defamation suit.  In August, after a state court judge denied Trump’s effort to delay a defamation lawsuit, the President deployed the Department of Justice to attempt to insert itself in the nearly year long litigation. The Justice Department asked a federal judge to substitute itself in place of Trump in a defamation lawsuit brought by Carroll, a onetime Elle magazine advice columnist, who accused the President of raping her in a department store dressing room in the mid-1990s. T-RUMP has denied the allegation.

—  Another case awaiting decision is a defamation lawsuit filed in New York state court by a former contestant on “ he Apprentice," Summer Zervos, who claims Trump sexually assaulted her in 2007. Zervos has said Trump kissed her on the lips during a lunch meeting in his New York City office and has alleged he kissed her aggressively and touched her breast during another encounter in Beverly Hills. She sued after she received harassment and threats following his denial of her claims, according to court filings.

—  Mary T-RUMP sues President and his siblings for fraud, calling it the family ‘way of life’   The president’s niece, Mary Trump, is also suing Trump, his sister and the estate of their deceased brother for fraud, alleging they deprived her of her interests in the family real estate empire built by Fred Trump Sr.

—   In these civil cases, where in some instances T-RUMP has sought to avoid testifying or providing DNA evidence, Syndic said Trump will lose the ability to argue he is afforded certain protections by the White House when he ends up exiting the Oval Office. “If he's not President, all of that goes away."

—  One wild card is what would happen to a decade-long civil tax audit conducted by the IRS, which falls under the Treasury Department, and whether it could be escalated under a Biden administration to the Justice Department for review. According to The New York Times, the IRS is looking at a $72.9 million tax refund credit Trump claimed.

"They're going to be much less afraid to talk about someone who is no longer the president," Rodgers said. She added that a case involving allegations of false statements to banks or tax fraud would likely be heavily documented, which, once the subpoena for the tax returns is produced, could aid the investigation.

He Can Still Be Charged
The Office of Legal Counsel memo has already insulated T-RUMP from possible indictment in two instances: the special counsel investigation led by Robert Mueller, which found evidence that T-RUMP had committed obstruction of justice but didn’t charge him, and the investigation by the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, which cited Trump as "Individual 1" in charging his former lawyer Michael Cohen with campaign finance crimes for facilitating hush-money payments to two women who alleged affairs with Trump. T-RUMP has denied the affairs.

Cohen pleaded guilty and said under oath that Trump had directed him to break the law. Cohen was reimbursed for those payments from the Trump Organization well into 2017, which could extend the statute of limitations on that crime into 2022. Some lawyers have speculated that it's possible Trump would attempt to pardon himself from federal crimes before he leaves office.

The decision of whether to revive those investigations would fall to a Biden administration and top law enforcement officials leading the Justice Department and Manhattan US attorney's office.  In testimony before Congress, Mueller was asked by Republican Rep. Ken Buck of Colorado, "Could you charge the President with a crime after he left office?"

"Yes," Mueller replied.   "You believe that he committed -- you could charge the President of the United States with obstruction of justice after he left office?" Buck asked.   Mueller answered: “Yes."

👺 Track Record In Money For IRS AND Other .GOV’s

He owes way more than you think, almost 421 million dollars to unknown lenders.  He stole enough money, and he has Putin co-signing his notes at Deutscher Bank and you will be hearing about and if he is not re-elected he will be facing charges by four major agencies and three state attorney’s.

Also he has directed almost twelve million dollars to his resources, golf course and hotels after taking an oath he would not.    He has abused Air Force on trips, nothing more than golf dates to the tune of $184,000,000 dollars. ( Thats just for golf)  For golf, it’s just unbelievable, people dying like flies and he screws off.  It’s closer now to

He donated his paycheck for 400,000 and steals millions, clever…for golf using Air Force One, a second plane and helicopters, and a dozen secret service protectors, plus their cars and gear, thats why it cost so much..   The proof is all over the place,  now being led by the IRS, they never got answers so they went ahead and joined a huge foray all at convicting him for grievous acts.

T-RUMP Set to Leave Office with at Least $850,000 of Unpaid Rally Bills

With just weeks until his presidency ends, several cities across the U.S. are still owed payments from Donald Trump's campaign for rallies he held, totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The Texas city of El Paso said this week that they will be hiring outside legal counsel as part of their fight to obtain more than $500,000 from Trump's team to cover the security and other costs from a rally held there in February 2019.

The outstanding debt includes $470,000 in additional services provided by the local police and fire departments, as well as an additional $99,000 in late fees.

Cities including Albuquerque and Tucson never received money for providing additional security costs when T-RUMP arrived years ago.  With just weeks until his presidency ends, several cities across the US are still owed payments from Donald Trump's campaign for rallies he held, totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Trump’s Wealth And Assets  — TRUTH  —   Remember personally he owes, sit down - this is somewhat startling, claims 431 million but his loans on his properties  ( Cue Fanfare and Music)  Donald Trump’s debts are believed to be in excess of $1.1 billion – more than double the figure he has admitted to and much of it will be reaching maturity in the next two to three years.  Thats why he needed to win and failed, he will have no presidential protection after January 21st…

Last month, T-RUMP admitted to NBC that he had debts of $431 million: “The numbers that they released were all wrong and just so that you understand, when you have a lot of real estate, I have a lot of real estate – you know a lot of it ok? Right down the road - Doral, big stuff, great stuff – fortunately, I am very under-levered,” he said.

Hopefully when he learns the word is leveraged not levered again he is wrong as the values on those properties who are not doing well are not what he thinks they are worth….

“I have a very, very small percentage of debt compared to… in fact some of it I did as favors to institutions who wanted to loan me money.    Begging and Russian co-signers re not favorable lenders… Four hundred thirty-one million dollars compared to the assets I have – all of these great properties all over the world. It’s a tiny percentage of my net worth. No, I don’t owe Russia money. I owe a very small amount of money and it’s very straight”.  Yes some of his loans are with the Chinese.

Tax Evasion , Lieing, Bad Business Deals, All A T-Rump Trademark   A bombshell New York Times investigation has offered the most conclusive proof yet that US President Donald Trump’s business empire is nowhere near as successful as he claims.  Trump has for years cited his business acumen as a defining trait, and one that gave him an advantage over others seeking the presidency.

"I did a lot of great deals, and I did them early and young. And now I'm building all over the world, and I love what I'm doing," he said when he announced his presidential bid in June 2015. "I'm really proud of my success. I really am."

New York Times: T-RUMP paid no income taxes in 10 out of 15 years beginning in 2000 The IRS even put Al Capone away where he died in prison///

But that picture has been complicated in the years since the former host of "The Apprentice" was catapulted into the political spotlight. News reports have drawn attention to Trump's history of corporate bankruptcy and the outsized role his father played in his financial success.

On Sunday, the New York Times published the deepest dive ever into the US president's finances, citing detailed tax records that the newspaper says "portray a businessman who takes in hundreds of millions of dollars a year yet racks up chronic losses."

"The tax returns for Mr. Trump and hundreds of his businesses reveal the hollowness, but also the wizardry, of the self-made-billionaire image honed through 'The Apprentice,'" the Times concluded. "They demonstrate that he was far more successful playing a business mogul than being one in real life."

Here’s A Look At What The NY Times Investigation Revealed    Now we know how he does it… He pays nobody and still loses millions…?

💰T-RUMP Paid No Or Little Federal Income Taxes For Years  —  According to the Times, he paid no federal income taxes in 11 out of 18 years the newspaper examined. He also managed to pay federal income taxes of just $750 in each of the first two years of his presidency, 2016 and 2017. The report shed some light on how this was able to happen, namely by the way his businesses reported their earnings.

"Throughout his career, Mr. Trump's business losses have often accumulated in sums larger than could be used to reduce taxes on other income in a single year," the Times reported. “But the tax code offers a workaround: With some restrictions, business owners can carry forward leftover losses to reduce taxes in future years."

💰  Many Of His Businesses Are Burning Huge Piles Of Cash  —  According to the investigation, some of Trump’s companies are doing well and profitable; others, not so much. Some of his best-known ventures "report losing millions, if not tens of millions, of dollars year after year," according to the Times. That includes his famous golf courses — which have reportedly racked up at least $315 million in losses over the past two decades.

For example, Trump's golf resorts at Turnberry and Aberdeen in Scotland lost over £11.8 million ($15.2 million) in 2018, company records show, and lost money the previous year too. British labor union RMT said Friday that Trump now plans to lay off up to 80 workers at Turnberry, or roughly 17% of its workforce, and cut salaries and working hours despite receiving UK government wage subsidies during the pandemic. T-RUMP Turnberry did not respond to a request for comment on RMT's claims.

💰  T-RUMP Tower In New York Is A Major Moneymaker —  The storied skyscraper, which sits on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue, has "reliably delivered more than $20 million a year in profits, a total of $336.3 million since 2000," according to the Times. Trump’s stake in two office towers in New York and San Francisco has also worked out well, delivering $176.5 million as of the end of 2018, the publication reported.

💰  Trump’s D.C. Hotel Is Not A Major Moneymaker  —  The T-RUMP International Hotel in Washington D.C., which reportedly asked for relief on rent payments earlier this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, has lost more than $55 million since opening four years ago, the Times reported. The property has come under intense scrutiny in recent years amid allegations that T-RUMP was unfairly profiting from his presidency.

💰  Selling His Name Has Paid Off Enormously  —  T-RUMP is known as a master of branding and licensing — his merchandise has famously included Trump steaks and water bottles, among other items. The Times found his personal brand strategy to be “the most successful part of the Trump business," earning $427.4 million in aggregate between 2004 and 2018. Then it all went down the toilet just like his unreal reality show and his unreal life.

💰  That’s In Large Part Thanks To ‘The Apprentice’   —  A significant chunk of that money came from "The Apprentice." Before entering politics, Trump hosted 14 seasons of the hit NBC reality show, where contestants duked it out for a position working for Trump. The series boosted Trump’s profile, while also bolstering his net income by $197.3 million, according to the Times.  people loved his dirty dealings, for some reason scumbags attract scumbags or birds of a feather even the Vultures —

💰  He Made Money From Foreign Deals After Becoming President  —  “When he took office, Mr. Trump said he would pursue no new foreign deals as president," the Times reported. "Even so, in his first two years in the White House, his revenue from abroad totaled $73 million."

Trump had extensive foreign business interests before he became president, leading to questions about potential conflicts of interest. As of 2016, for example, his financial disclosures listed more than 140 companies that had dealings in at least 25 countries around the world, according to a CNN review.

💰  Part Of His Income Stems From Ambiguous ‘Consulting Fees’  —  The Times’ examination of financial records revealed a pattern of how the president was paid on various projects. "Between 2010 and 2018, Mr. Trump wrote off some $26 million in unexplained 'consulting fees' as a business expense across nearly all of his projects," according to the outlet. It said that the president's eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, had also previously appeared to "have received" fees under this designation, despite working as an employee of the Trump Organization.

"Ms. T-RUMP had been an executive officer of the Trump companies that received profits from and paid the consulting fees for both projects — meaning she appears to have been treated as a consultant on the same hotel deals that she helped manage as part of her job at her father's business," the Times reported.

The T-Rump Organization Spans ‘More Than 500 Entities’ — The investigation revealed the scope of the family business, which includes hundreds of ventures that are reportedly nearly entirely controlled by the president. Although some of these businesses weren't lucrative, they "still served a financial purpose: reducing his tax bill," according to the Times. For example, “ He reported losses from the operating businesses were so large that they often fully erased the licensing income, leaving the organization to claim that it earns no money and thus owes no taxes,” the newspaper reported.

More Financial Lies And Corruptions   WASHINGTON President Donald Trump has filed financial disclosure statements that appear to misstate the value and profitability of his Scotland golf courses by $165 million, possibly violating federal laws that are punishable by jail time.

Trump claimed in his 2018 U.S. filing that his Turnberry and Aberdeen resorts were each worth more than $50 million. For that same time period, he filed balance sheets with the United Kingdom government showing that their combined debt exceeded their assets by 47.9 million British pounds the equivalent of $64.8 million at the exchange rate on Dec. 31, 2017, the date of the last U.K. filing available.

His 2018 “public financial disclosure” filed with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics also claims those two resorts earned him “income” of $23.8 million. His filings with the U.K. Companies House office in Edinburgh for that period showed the resorts had actually lost 4.6 million pounds equal to $6.3 million.

His U.S. disclosure statement also fails to mention $199.5 million in loans Trump has made to those resorts: $54.9 million from him personally to Trump International, Scotland in Aberdeenshire; $144.6 million from his trust to Trump Turnberry in Ayrshire.

Knowingly providing false or incomplete information on that form is a violation of the Ethics in Government Act punishable by up to a year in jail. Signing the form attesting to the untrue information constitutes making a false statement, punishable by up to five years in prison.

T-Rump In Violation Of Emoluments

This will run into millions of dollars of corruption even during the presidency
The emoluments clause, also called the foreign emoluments clause, is a provision of the US Constitution (Article I, Section 9, Paragraph 8) that generally prohibits federal officeholders from receiving any gift, payment, or other thing of value from a foreign state or its rulers, officers, or representatives.

The clause also provides that:  No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

The Constitution also contains a “domestic emoluments clause” (Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 7), which prohibits the president from receiving any “Emolument” from the federal government or the states beyond “a Compensation” for his “Services” as chief executive.  Bottom Line he is stealing from America and not abiding by the rules, under investigation.

PENDING JANUARY 21st —

Investigations By The Us Attorney  -  Southern District Of Ny

☑️  Campaign Conspiracy and the Trump Organization’s Finances: Despite the myriad cases unfolding from the special counsel, the White House’s most immediate legal jeopardy increasingly appears to stem from federal prosecutors in New York digging into Trump’s alleged financial shenanigans.

☑️  Inauguration Funding: Late last week, The Wall Street Journal broke word that prosecutors were digging into the record $107 million raised and spent by the Trump inauguration committee, potentially with concerns about where that money came from and where it went, based in part on documents and evidence seized during the Michael Cohen investigation.

☑️  Trump SuperPAC Funding: Related to the news about the inauguration inquiries was word that prosecutors are digging into the funding of a Trump SuperPAC, Rebuilding America Now, where Paul Manafort also played a role.

☑️  Foreign Lobbying: Robert Mueller also handed off information he uncovered during the Manafort money laundering probe to prosecutors in New York. According to news reports, he referred questions about at least a trio of other lobbyists—Tony Podesta, Vin Weber, and Greg Craig—and whether they allegedly failed to appropriately register as foreign agents for work related to Ukraine.

Investigations By The Us Attorney —  For The District Of Columbia  —

☑️  Maria Butina and the NRA: The guilty plea last week by Russian agent and gun-rights enthusiast Butina came with an extensive cooperation agreement, including the possibility of her meeting with investigators without lawyers present. While the most immediate next target of the investigation appears to be Butina’s boyfriend, Republican operative Paul Erickson—he was sent a so-called “target” letter by prosecutors recently—questions have also swirled about 2016 campaign funding by the National Rifle Association and the reach of Russia into the US conservative movement. campaign, giving him an opportunity to praise Russia.

Investigations By The Us Attorney  The Eastern District Of Virginia —
☑️  Elena Alekseevna Khusyaynova: The alleged chief accountant of the Internet Research Agency was indicted separately earlier this fall by prosecutors in northern Virginia and the Justice Department’s unit that handles counterintelligence and espionage cases, not by Mueller’s special counsel office. Khusyaynova was charged with activity that went above and beyond the 2016 campaign, including efforts to meddle in this year’s midterms. Why she was prosecuted separately remains a puzzle.

☑️  Turkish Influence: According to court documents, Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn contributed to two investigations beyond the Russia probe. While both were redacted in his court case, there are strong hints, including reporting by The New York Times, that one of those two cases includes a grand jury in northern Virginia focused on illegal influence by the Turkish government.

Investigations By Nyc, Ny State Other State Attorneys General —

☑️  Tax Case: In the wake of a New York Times investigation that found Donald Trump had apparently benefited from upwards of $400 million in tax schemes, city officials said they were investigating Trump’s tax payments, as did the New York State Tax Department. Longtime lawyer and Trump fixer Cohen also reported in his own court filing that he met with investigators from the New York Attorney General’s Office, although the court filings didn’t explain what the investigation entailed.

☑️  The Trump Foundation: The New York Attorney General sued the Trump Foundation this summer, charging it with, as The New York Times summarized, “sweeping violations of campaign finance laws, self-dealing and illegal coordination with the presidential campaign.

☑️   Emoluments Lawsuit: The attorneys general for Maryland and DC sent out subpoenas earlier this month for T-RUMP Organization and hotel financial records relating to their lawsuit alleging that the president is in breach of the so-called Emoluments Clause of the Constitution, which appears to prohibit the president from accepting payments from foreign powers while in office.

 More Possible Problems —

☑️  FAKE DONATIONS - HE STOLE THE MONEY FOR HIMSELF - The Feds closed Donald’s charities and are now under investigation for making false donations and photo-ops  of 100,000 dollars to various charities and not really doing it.  They were photo-ops and he never delivered.  Trump has 16 going on 17 Federal and State Investigations concurrent.

Note: Al Capone beat the Feds at every turn and it was income tax that got him... put the puzzle together TRUMP refused to show his returns for the past ten years. It will get interesting.

☑️  CERTIFIED SCUMBAG DRAFT DODGER - The truth about our draft dodging president is out - Nothing lower than a draft dodger, a true scumbag.  Vietnam cost us 58,000 young Americans died and he pulled strings as a coward, not as a conscientious objector.

☑️  THE LAST GUARDRAIL -- The Secretary of Defense James Mattis the last of the Generals Trump spoke so highly about obviously had more integrity than fearless leader,  resigned today. This is a devastating blow to foreign policy and our collaboration with all our allies who do not trust T-RUMP.

☑️  HARD TO FIND GOOD HELP -- Trump can’t really find a new Chief of staff as the good people are smart enough to stay away, the Trump regime is now considered toxic to careers.  ( This is a clue for the weak-minded )

☑️  THE YOUTH OF COLLUSION -- Jared Kushner (son-in-law) and Prince IBN SAUD are both friends and business potentials in their thirties and basically the reason TRUMP supports Saudi Arabia.  The daughter’s and Jared’s future money laundering because the personal gain of Jared and Ivanka’s banking is at stake as NY banks won’t do business with TRUMP.

☑️  MONEY LAUNDERING - It is under investigation,  about 100% truethat the Saudis and the Russians have been laundering through TRUMP Enterprises.
