If picture this doesn’t make you angry and change your opinion of gun laws and negligence of simple truths that Weapons of War and Political Payoffs have no place in our society than your thinking is against both Moral and Biblical laws — 

WHEN CHILDREN DIE - WE ASK WHY?  

🔘     TO OUR BELOVED ELECTED OFFICIALS —  SAVE THE THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS,  thats not what we need, we can do that ourselves and being more honest than most corrupted politicians God will listen to us.  Maybe you should pray for salvation so the next bullet won’t be you, and you can do a lot by reforming the gun laws and stop taking bribes from the NRA and the Gun Lobby.   Scumbag prayers don’t work.

If not and you continue to offer prayers instead of action you are on notice it’s time we got rid of you from office — the blood of these kids is on your hands  — the same hands of yours that took the bribes from the NRA —  Soon you will rot in hell where you belong —  

🔘     ACCIDENTS BY NEGLECT  — CHILDREN GET SHOT AND DIE IS AN AVOIDABLE ISSUE Accidental misfirings of a loaded weapon is one reason we lose kids —and the excuse  “ I didn't know it was loaded”.  It’s called Negligent Manslaughter —And should be charged with Inadequate Adult Supervision  —   Minimum ten years —  The parents did not properly and safely put the weapon away under lock and key and the child found it  in one case right in the sofa — Why was the gun left out and not under lock and key?  Negligent Manslaughter —  He was charged for Child Negligence.  

🔘    MURDER BY POLITICS AND NEGLECT  —  A MASS SHOOTING IN A SOFT TARGET like a school or the Vegas massacre, movie theaters, Houses of Worship, parties, bars, any where the defenseless don’t stand a fricking chance —  is always the work of a loser or coward.   It’s also the negligence of those who should have made it more difficult to occur.   The officials we elect for school boards are as important as the President of the United States - Both have a job to do to define and install the best safeguards and political hacks,  get kids killed.

🔘   BRING BACK CONSEQUENCE FOR MURDER — NO DEALS — Thus an Immediate DEATH PENALTY within thirty days on site or at a public institution televised — It’s called consequence —  And televise the damn thing so people see consequence.  The killer chose the place to make a statement — I would like to see him  with the followup execution close to the event  —   

a) Dead on scene  
b) Dead within thirty days, no appeals warranted  
c) Dead or executed in a televised public execution with proceeds and donations going to the victims family — 

🔘    REPUBLICANS BRIBED TO NOT ACT  —  THE GOP OBSTRUCTIONISTS  —  President Joe Biden couldn't even get a director for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives confirmed in the first year and a half of his presidency.   All stalls by Mitch McConnell — somebody if you have the urge to remove someone from the planet, I have a list and he is right on top — lots of blood on his hands.   

McConnell gets huge donations from corporations in the gun industry and the NRA which claims to be a charity but is a cash cow.   But there's one thing that is indisputable in the available data on gun violence -- and the data is limited since until recently the federal government was effectively barred from releasing it.  Because of the GOP The NRA and gun lobbyists have the money to fend off many attacks on their financial  dealing but finally some headway has been made —   And when these cold blooded bastards are exposed, may the law of the land and decency come down on them— and severely.  

🔘    GOP SUPPORTS KILLER TOOLS —  THE GOP BLOCKING GOOD LAW WITH T-RUMPS HELP - Former President Donald Trump's administration tried to reinterpret an existing law against civilian ownership of machine guns to ban so-called "bump stocks" like the one used to kill 58 people in Las Vegas in 2017.    Gun rights groups have sued the Biden administration over the rule.  And lost — The Bump stocks were removed for sale and now are a crime of ownership.

🔘    GOP INTERVENED AGAIN —  A PARALYZED SENATE —  After the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in 2012, a majority of Senators agreed to a bipartisan bill to expand background checks to all gun purchases except those between family members.  It failed because a bipartisan minority GOP opposed the bill. to get the sixty votes — more REPUBLICAN interference — the NRA didn’t like it .

🔘  TEXAS THE NEW DEATH STATE  —  HOW TEXAS, DESPITE SEEING MANY MASS SHOOTINGS IN THE STATE has moved toward ever looser gun laws. Last year, it moved away from gun permits, allowing most people to openly carry guns without a permit or training.  It will bring back the wild west —    Most restrictions on guns are enforced at the state level, and there is a patchwork of laws across the country.  Even in states where strong majorities support gun control measures federal courts have stood in the way.    Missouri is catching up.

🔘    SOME JUDGES NEED TO BE REMOVED —  CITING THE HEROISM OF MUSKET-WIELDING YOUNG PEOPLE WHO   he said fought in the Revolutionary War hundreds of years ago, a federal judge earlier this month threw out a California law that banned sales of semiautomatic guns to anyone under the age of 21. 
 Great thinking you moron —   Its teen killing small kids, are you insane, the bench you should sit on is one located in the outhouse.    A country torn apart by internal strife cannot stand — read Lincoln some time and he knew it — The origional statement at the REPUBLICAN CONVENTION in 1858 was, ‘’ A house divided against itself cannot stand”.  

🔘    THEY WANT YOU TO BELIEVE LIES THAT MENTAL ILLNESS IS THE PROBLEM, teachers should be armed,  more shooter drills,  all excuses for the real causes — Our society is falling apart — I call it the dawn of dumb—  And some of you elected these people, and your kid could be next.  I hope not but also know what I see is insurrection and unstability.

🔘    THE SUPREMES SING SOME BAD TUNES—  The Supreme Court poised to increase the number of guns on US streets —  that is,  it chose to strike down New York's law governing concealed handguns.  It passed , and then let the shootings begin — 

🔘  IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AS WE ALL KNOW.    But what do we do about it.  The lies are most disturbing all designed to cover up the truth - deception and mis-direction from the top of the GOP down. That fellow that shot at the GOP ball players a few years back had the right idea — the execution wasn’t as good. The GOP takes millions of dollars of  blood money from the NRA to pretend to fight against changes to the 2nd amendment — Wake up America, it could be your kid. And  Wayne LasPierre lives like a king —

 

🔘  GOOD TEACHERS LOVE OF CHILDREN, AND ARE NOT SHOOTERS  - This  is a different type of training —  Thats takes months and years to learn and then it’s only a 50-50 chance you would be right — The best examples are the worst example when police make a reactive training mistake —  when police, fear of being killed themselves and someone dies.   Based on what we have seen in the data base.   

🔘    THERE ARE 20,000 EXTRA POLICE IN OUR SCHOOLS and in 2022 school mass murders are up.  300 mass murders in 2022—  The problem is understanding that where there are no ground rules, there are no consequences.  Here is the first step in a solution: Put some people in charge with courage and determination, leadership and start taking down the scumbags.

Plus store employees and an 18 year old in need of a killing machine and he

Who was Salvador Ramos ? 

🔘   Salvador Ramos  — What began as a milestone marking adulthood ended in tragedy after a suspected gunman used the AR-15 style rifle he purchased days after he turned 18, authorities said. 

🔘    Uvalde High School student Salvador Ramos allegedly purchased two assault rifles just days after turning 18 and used them to carry out one of the worst school shootings in U.S. history -- all within a span of eight days, authorities said.  

🔘    Ramos was known for fighting and threatening fellow students, some classmates told ABC News. He allegedly exhibited unusual behavior such as threatening classmates and claiming to have cut scars into his face, classmates said.

🔘    Twenty-one people, including 19 third and fourth grade children, two adults their teachers were killed in the attack, law enforcement officials said. Another 17 people were wounded, including three law enforcement officers.   The gunman also shot his grandmother at her home then crashed a truck in a ditch near the school before entering the school building.

🔘    September 2021  — Salvador Ramos asks his sister to purchase him a gun, according to Steve McCraw, director of the Texas Department of Public Safety. She flatly refuses.

🔘    Feb. 28, 2022  —  In a four-person group chat on Instagram, Ramos discusses being a school shooter, according to McCraw.

🔘    March 1  — In a four-person group chat on Instagram, Ramos discusses buying a gun, according to McCraw.

March 3  — In a four-person group chat on Instagram, according to McCraw, a user says to Ramos, “ Word on the street is you're buying a gun."  Ramos replies, "Just bought something. RN."

🔘    March 14  — Ramos posts on Instagram, "10 more days." A user replies, "are you going to shoot up a school or something?" Ramos responds, "No.   And stop asking dumb questions. You'll see."

🔘    March 20  —  Ramos moves in with his 66-year-old grandmother, Celia, according to McCraw, from a press conference Wednesday afternoon.

🔘    Around May 9  —  Ramos meets "Cece," the recipient of several messages Ramos sent on the day of the shooting, on the social media app Yubo, she told ABC News.   The teen, who lives in Germany, said she and Ramos would "join each other's live" streams on Yubo.   Cece alleged that there were other warning signs in hindsight, including that Ramos would ask others on Yubo "  if they would want to be famous on the news."

🔘    May 16  —  Ramos turns 18, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and multiple law enforcement sources.

🔘    May 17  —  Ramos buys a semi-automatic rifle at a local sporting goods store called Oasis Outback, McCraw said.

🔘    May 18  —  Ramos purchases 375 rounds of ammunition for that rifle, McCraw said. It is not known where he purchased that ammunition.   

🔘    Friday, May 20  —  Ramos buys a second semi-automatic rifle at the same store, McCraw said.

🔘     Tuesday, May 24  —  Morning: An Instagram account that law enforcement sources tell ABC News they believe is connected to Ramos sent another user on the social media platform a photo of a gun lying on a bed, according to a user who shared direct messages from the suspect's alleged account with ABC News.

🔘Ramos allegedly had three one-on-one direct communications on Facebook with Cece. The first message said he was going to shoot his grandmother, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said in a press conference.  

🔘Another one-on-one message said he had shot his grandmother, and the third said he was going to shoot an elementary school, but did not specify the school, Abbott said.   It is not believed Cece saw the messages until after the shooting occurred.

🔘    Shortly after 11 a.m.: Ramos shot his 66-year-old grandmother in the head at their residence, according to McCraw. He flees. She was able to run across the street and call police, McCraw said. She was taken to the hospital via helicopter but is expected to survive.

THINKING OUT LOUD — 

🔘  We cannot bring the children back but we can look for ways and means to make this never happen again.  What matters is why, when, who, what, where, the tenets of Journalism, we were weak or misplaced. A failure of the  backgrounds, incompetence, poor training and the circumstance that took place allowing this to happen. 

🔘   We brought a lot of this on ourselves,  you voted for more guns, you wanted less laws of when and where, you got more corruption,  lieing politicians, fake charities and the GOP party obstruction — This is what you get when you open up the “ Wild west” .  Even the dancing girls had a derringer in their garter —  keep pushing free carry and we won’t need courts, they’ll just kill  each other in the street. 

🔘   This was reality, not a reality show about reality.  It is a show about how weak we are as a society.  But it is not real if the bad guy gets better treatment than the family,  between forgiving, with redemption,  and long trials and lawyers, sometimes closure never comes.  He’ll be cared for at our expense for the rest of his life, protected, fed, free medical, almost a reward for what he did.   And their child or husband is dead.  And they are in fear of the perpetrator getting free. 

🔘   Since then with many states capitulation murders are rampant.  Day after day crime and murders are up and so are suicides.  Because at worst if they live they will be cared for the rest of their lives.  And new friends to play with all at our expense and with nothing for the victims.  Because jail does not make better people of them for what?  The only part that gets better are ways to do it again.   What are they going to learn from the other scum.

🔘   They have those new friends to play with who have their own gangs in jail and actually operate outside from jail.  We have to be resolute, they do nothing for enhancement of society.   I’ll make it simple, sometimes the garbage gets too high and you got to burn it.  I have seen death in war, and tragedy but not like this — 

🔘   This is not new for me —  I started my challenge a long time ago when I reconciled evidence covering the stories of these horrendous mass murders on the previous page and tying the NRA Members , Gun Rights, The Politicians, The Grifters and Liars of the NRA and putting them all together because of the proliferation of guns.  Each one of the groups has a part in the killings of our people. The School Board, Politicians, Police, Governor and the Internet all played a role.

🔲    FAIR BATTLE — 376 Armed POLICE  and One SHOOTER — The Shooter Won — 

🔘   How can the failure of the 376 officers to respond correctly, and worse the response of the most screwed up public officials of all time.  They can’t hide the truth look at them on the press podium, it reminded me of the guilty at the Nuremberg Trials — 

🔘   The public officials of Texas in the PRESS photo-OP,  a disaster run by a moron GOVERNOR are part of the GOP  “ Guns for Glory”   paid for by the NRA who bribes these people with contributions who are to blame as well as this has been and only described as a  Political CLUSTER F*CK ** on their behalf led by a FRICKING *** moron of a Governor unfit to  the run the great state of Texas now being thought of differently by some — 

🔘   Next time Texans want to secede from the United States, Let them go,  we’’ll be better off —  seeing how this tragedy was handled was a crime against intelligence, humanity, compassion and goodness, there was nothing good.

🔘   This was the worst example of police actions I have seen since three cops fired 105 rounds at a perp twelve feet away in NYC and all missed.  ABBOTT should resign, he is incompetent, a clone, an acolyte and a schmuck all rolled into one.  A gutless defender of guns, not the people- the people do not need Abbott — 

🔲"AN OVERALL LACKADAISICAL APPROACH”  —  In a preliminary report released July 17, the Texas House panel placed blame more broadly, outlining a series of failures by multiple law enforcement agencies.  The 77-page report described "an overall lackadaisical approach" by the 376 local, state and federal law enforcement officers who responded and were at the school.

🔘   "There is no one to whom we can attribute malice or ill motives," the report says. "Instead, we found systemic failures and egregious poor decision making.”   The report also notes others could have assumed command. 

🔘   Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training "teaches that any law enforcement officer can assume command, that somebody must assume command, and that an incident commander can transfer responsibility as an incident develops," it says.  "That did not happen at Robb Elementary, and the lack of effective incident command is a major factor that caused other vital measures to be left undone," according to the report.   In that report, Arredondo said his approach was "responding as a police officer," and that he therefore "didn't title myself." 

🔘   However, at least one of the responding officers expressed the belief that Arredondo was leading the law enforcement response inside the school, telling others that the “ chief is in charge," according to a timeline from the Texas Department of Public Safety.    As news of the shooting got out in the tight-knit community, parents rushed to the school to search for their children and found mayhem. Angeli Rose Gomez, whose children were in the second- and third-grades, told the Wall Street Journal she was one of many assembled parents who urged officers stationed outside to go in. “The police were doing nothing,” she said. 

🔘    “They were just standing outside the fence. They weren’t going in there or running anywhere.” According to Gomez, she was placed in handcuffs by U.S. Marshals who claimed that she was interfering with an investigation. 
She was able to get local police officers whom she knew to convince the marshals to release her, but saw other parents get accosted by law enforcement, including “ a father tackled and thrown to the ground by police and a third pepper-sprayed.”  
Gomez was able to get her two children out by scaling a fence herself and running inside to grab them . Officials have offered contradictory and false statements from almost the moment the attack ended, adding to the growing furor of how law-enforcement handled the the incident. 

🔲   UPDATE :  8/25/2022  The Uvalde school board voted unanimously Wednesday evening to immediately terminate the contract of district police chief Pete Arredondo, three months after a teenaged gunman took the lives of 19 children and two teachers at Robb Elementary.

The board made its decision in a closed session meeting lasting nearly an hour-and-a-half. Several members of the audience applauded after the decision was announced. One person was heard repeatedly shouting: "We're not done."
Arredondo didn't attend the meeting. His attorney instead issued a 17-page press statement that said the district wasn't following legal procedure as it moved to fire Arredondo and that the police chief was concerned about his safety.
The meeting began with comments from members of the public, some of whom called for Arredondo, who had been on unpaid leave, and other officers who responded to turn in their badges.

🔘    The Gunman Was Inside The School For Roughly One Hour — unchallenged while he killed at random before a tactical unit from the border patrol killed him.    

🔘     Children calling 911 in whispers while the gunman roamed the school.  While a 11-year-old surviving by smearing herself in her friend's blood and playing dead — Where were the police— ?

🔘     Missed warnings in messages from the shooter on social media.  When will Congress take real action on Facebook and Zuckerberg —  When ?  What the hell are they waiting for — ?

🔘     Police failing to storm the school, a clear mistake, as their claim was they waited for room keys and a tactical unit to arrive.    Later the door was proven to have been unlocked  — Lies and mis-calculations  Truth ? 

🔘     Members of a specialized Border Patrol unit had entered the classroom, with one holding a stronger bullet shield followed by at least two others who engaged the shooter, according to a US Customs and Border Protection official.  

🔘     According to preliminary investigatory documents the gunman, identified by the police as Salvador Ramos, used an AR-15-style rifle in the killings and a second similar weapon was left in the  truck outside.   

🔲    HERO —  TEXAS DEMOCRATIC GUBERNATORIAL NOMINEE BETO O’ROURKE —

🔘    Confronted Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott and other officials on Wednesday during a press conference about Tuesday’s deadly shooting at an elementary school in the state. The only one with a position and stance of non-acceptance of the bullsh*t being strewn forth.

🔘    “Gov. Abbott, I have to say something,” O’Rourke – a former congressman who represented El Paso, Texas, and is a former Senate and presidential candidate – said as he approached the stage in Uvalde, Texas. 
“The time to stop the next shooting is right now and you are doing nothing,” O’Rourke told Abbott. The two will face off in Texas’ gubernatorial race in November.  “You said this is not predictable. This is totally predictable,” he said of Tuesday’s shooting at a local elementary school where 21 people – including 19 children – died and 17 were injured. 

🔘    This is far from the first time O’Rourke has spoken out on gun violence. The former congressman used his platform during the 2020 Democratic presidential primary to advocate for stricter gun control measures, including a mandatory assault weapon buyback program. His focus on the issue was sharpened by an August 2019 racist massacre at a Walmart store in El Paso.

🔘    At a news conference on Wednesday, Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas said that Mr. Ramos had no known mental health history, and that was the Gov's contribution to the ongoing chaos.  Nothing of importance at this juncture — both important for Abbott to make the mental illness claim — Read on , Mr Ramos planned all of this and told people,  and it was either mis-placed or ignored. And as usual Abbott blames thing son others. He was mis-informed?

🔘    Various agencies of law enforcement arrived, on scene  but there was no leadership,  — No Supervision Of Command And Control  —   the precious hour of survival ignored, no one went in to save the kids.  Nineteen children two teachers and several survived but wounded to the hospital.

🔘    A rapid news conference .  He was supported by other political types in suits, cowboy hats, looking stern, uniforms looked like a moron convention including TED CRUZ Senator Obstructionist and NRA supporter who should along with Abbott, wheelchair, the states attorney and all be thrown off the bridge and drowned in the Rio Grand.  Abbott then went into the commercial plug as an ad for Texas Gun Lovers —  the conference was a political failure.  I listened in amazement to him — he is a moron — 

🔘    The chaotic rampage that unfolded in Uvalde, left a community in anguish, devastated families whose children had been violently gunned down at school, and renewed a national debate over firearms legislation.   It was the deadliest school shooting since 20 children and six educators were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn., 10 years ago.

🔘    After receiving millions in bribes from the NRA and refuses to put in place laws to protect our citizens from weapons of war on the street efficiently killing hundreds of people.  The Senate receiving the bulk of the Bribes remains steadfast in voting down gun laws as most of their constituents have become  "Gun Nuts” supporters.

🔘    The scumbags in attendance were the GOP Lizard Gov. Abbott, that frikken moron Senator Cruz,  Representatives of Law Enforcement, the indicted Attorney General Paxton and other schmucks and followers who made a political tragedy of the whole press conference. —  They were sanctified by their lack of compassion, lies, mis-direction and pure ignorance of cause and effect of the gun lobby.

🔘    It became a commercial for the GOP line of lying about this is all a problem with mental health, denying the truth for forty years, not the fact that 340 million Americans have 400 million guns. Not the fact the GOP has obstructed gun regulations, not the fact guns made to do what they did to the kids or adults are not sporting devices.  They were made to kill.  

🔘    This show was such a crapshoot of GOP horseshit,  I went ballistic.  The gun lobby — the NRA is the front and propaganda division, is the richest and followed by the four biggest food cartels who also bribe the GOP and keep obstructionism intact. It’s all political.  Hang them all or lose more kids —  And the future —  

🔲   TEXAS WOULD BE OFF WITHOUT ABBOTT  Get a real person not a T-RUMP  clone and idiot in there —  he loves AR-15s for Texas.  Must be thinking a war with Mexico over the border.   As he wants to do away with background checks and free carry in Texas — a state with a bad murder record and this schmuck wants more guns, no background checks and you can wear a holstered gun anywhere — he is reinventing the wild west and the Texas  Attorney General his appointee under federal investigation — should be in jail!

🔘    He and his crew  were slammed by every commentator, news service and on TV as unplanned, off topic, no remorse, no answers.  The news conference was an Ad for Texans who love guns, and a bunch of political gun hypes, other Texas flakes and ass holes, the press conference run by Texas morons who did nothing and a total clusterf*ck of  humanity.
🔘    The Texas Rangers   — looked cool in their cowboy hats and stern looks — and contributed absolutely nothing —  it looked like their job was protecting the governor from someone assassinating him.

🔘    He can’t think for himself because he is not compassionate,  follows the GOP get me elected script , a powerless individual with few guts or balls to stop the violence.  Showed no compassion toward the families and has been basically in seclusion —
