Rioters Break Windows, Doors, Steal, Destroy And Breach US Capitol  —
Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT) describes tense moment inside Congress building as rioters breach the US Capitol in protest of the 2020 election, it was an incredibly dark day in Washington.   Watching pro-T-RUMP rioters storm and ultimately overtake the US Capitol on Wednesday, and he writes my overwhelming emotion wasn’t anger or embarrassment — although I felt both. It was sadness.
Covering the world of politics has been the work of my entire professional life.  I did it — and do it -- because it is an honor and a privilege to get to see how our American democracy operates up close.  And yes, while there are always a few bad eggs -- and those bad eggs tend to draw inordinate amounts of attention to themselves -- what I've found in my two decades doing this work is that the vast majority of the people in elected office are in it for noble reasons.

They truly want to make a difference -- and believe that serving in office is the best way to do that. You may not agree with their beliefs or the way they vote on a particular issue but, in the main, they are doing so because, well, they believe it.

To see those people — and the reporters who cover them day in and day out — being forced to shelter in place in their workplace as lawless insurrectionists egged on by a President interested solely in preserving his own self-image as a “winner" commandeered the Capitol was heartbreaking.

UPDATE:   A Pennsylvania man whom authorities say threw a fire extinguisher and struck a Capitol Police officer during the deadly riot at the US Capitol last week has been arrested and charged in federal court.

Robert Sanford, 55, was arrested on Thursday morning in Pennsylvania, the Justice Department said. Court documents say Sanford was seen on video carrying a “ Red object, which appears to be a fire extinguisher," as he stepped over a short wall at the lower west terrace of the Capitol. He allegedly threw the fire extinguisher toward police officers, striking one, who was wearing a helmet, before ricocheting and hitting two others.

Officer William Young said he "felt a hard strike to the back of his helmet," according to the court documents, and saw a fire extinguisher on the ground but didn't see who struck him. Young was evaluated at the hospital and cleared to return to duty.  The records said Sanford was identified on Tuesday to the FBI’s Pennsylvania branch and charged on Wednesday in US District Court.

He faces four counts: knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; disorderly or disruptive conduct on Capitol grounds; civil disorder; and assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers while engaged in the performance of official duties, the documents say.  It was not immediately clear if he has an attorney. And whether he was the thrower the one who caused the death of Brian Sicknick.

His arrest adds to a growing list of individuals charged in last week's deadly riot, which left five people dead, including a Capitol Police officer and a woman who was participating in the attack.

So far, many people have been arrested on federal charges, with 270 waarrant soon to be issued, with some of the defendants being accused of bringing weapons to Capitol Hill and others having been photographed ransacking the building. Many are charged with unlawful entry or violent entry.

Among those arrested this week, Robert Keith Packer of Virginia, who has been identified as a man who was inside the Capitol wearing a sweatshirt emblazoned with the phrase “Camp Auschwitz,” and Larry Rendell Brock, a retired Air Force Reserve officer from Texas who was photographed roaming the Senate chamber clutching a white flex cuff, which is used by law enforcement to restrain or detain subjects.

T-RUMP Sedition — When members of Congress have to fear for their well-being simply for doing their constitutional duty, we are in a very bad place.

—  When lawlessness is normalized by a President who tells people occupying the Capitol that he loves them, we are in a very bad place.

—  And by  “ We ” I don’t mean Democrats or Republicans or the media or any other group in the country. I mean all of us.

—  Scrolling the horrific images on Capitol Hill — a makeshift gallows set up on the West Front of the Capitol, for one

— all that kept running through my head is: "We're better than this. We're better than this."

—  “ We," because what we have in common -- yes, even the lawless protesters who have been convinced by this President that being tough is the same thing as being right -- is far, far greater than what we differ on.

—  Donald T-RUMP has spent four years weaponizing our small differences and ignoring both our common humanity and the common good. What happened today at the US Capitol is the natural result of the total lack of leadership.

The Point:   If You’re Not Sad — And A Little Scared — By What Happened In Washington Right Now, You’re Not Paying Enough Attention… to the direction our nation was heading

Now The Charges Have Escalated To Murder The Killing Of A Police Officer

  • Prosecutors in the US Attorney’s office plan to open a federal murder investigation into the death of Brian D. Sicknick  a US Capitol Police officer who died Thursday night, a law enforcement official tells CNN.
  • Officer Sicknick was injured Wednesday when a mob of President Donald Trump's supporters stormed the US Capitol. He died at approximately 9:30 p.m. ET Thursday “ Due to injuries sustained while on-duty,” Capitol Police officials said in a statement.
  • The death is being investigated by the DC Metropolitan Police Department’s homicide branch, the US Capitol Police and their federal partners.
  • "Officer Sicknick was responding to the riots on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol and was injured while physically engaging with protesters. He returned to his division office and collapsed. He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries,” the statement read.
  • Sicknick had joined the Capitol Police in July 2008, and most recently served in the department's First Responders Unit. “The entire USCP Department expresses its deepest sympathies to Officer Sicknick's family and friends on their loss, and mourns the loss of a friend and colleague," Capitol Police said.
  •  The officer, Brian DSicknick, was struck in the head with a fire extinguisher during Wednesday’s unrest, according to a law-enforcement official.   Sicknick “ Wanted to be a police officer his entire life," Ken Sicknick said. He “ Served his country honorably" and made his family "very proud," Sicknick said. “ Brian is a hero and that is what we would like people to remember.

May He Rest In Peace As He Died A Hero Defending Our

Freedoms And May He Always Be Remembered…

This Will Not Be Swept Under The Carpet  — Thanks To The Public Response —

Those fifty people arrested, initially arrested was a start.  Trespassers not obeying the  city shutdown.   Over 146,000 leads poured into the FBI’s massive manhunt and the charges of sedition, trespass, murder, attacking police on federal property are not a joke.  Those captured on pictures are being arrested, they all need to tracked down and severe penalties dolled out.
This is anarchy, this was an attempted coup, four civilians and one police officer are dead. Today we learned, the police officer who was stricken in the head with a fire extinguisher, caused a massive stroke died from the wound.
We call it Treason and Insurrection.  The FBI seeks the leaders.   Fifty police injured some needed hospital medical treatment. Fifteen are recovering.

COMMENTARY — And there is conspiracy, it was thought out, planned by some groups and a direct attack of Domestic Terrorism on the United Staes of America.  That carries an extremely bad penalty.   Evidence uncovered so far, including weapons and tactics seen on surveillance video, suggests a level of planning that has led investigators to believe the attack on the US Capitol was not just a protest that spiraled out of control, a federal law enforcement official says.

Among the evidence the FBI is examining are indications that some participants at the T-RUMP rally at the Ellipse, outside the White House, left the event early, perhaps to retrieve items to be used in the assault on the Capitol.  A team of investigators and prosecutors are also focused on the command and control aspect of the attack, looking at travel and communications records to determine if they can build a case that is similar to a counterterrorism investigation, the official said.     The belief, early in the probe, will demand significant investigation.  The presence of corruption prosecutors and agents is in part because of their expertise in financial investigations. “ We are following the money,” the official said.

By  the 21st the FBI reported that it had received more than 146,000 digital tips from the public regarding the attack on the Capitol — ( 6 days ago)  more than three times the number of tips received on Monday.  Estimated 175,000, A team of investigators and prosecutors are also focused on the command and control aspect of the attack, looking at travel and communications records to determine if they can build a case that is similar to a counterterrorism investigation, the official said.

Lawmakers gave groups ‘reconnaissance’ tours of the Capitol —  Among the thousands of tips the FBI received are some that appear to show members of Congress with people who later showed up at the Capitol riot, two law enforcement officials said. This doesn’t mean members of Congress and staff are under investigation, but the FBI is checking the veracity of the claims, the officials said.

Amid a push to investigate whether any GOP lawmakers aided rioters at the Capitol, several Democrats last week accused an unnamed House Republican of leading groups on “reconnaissance” tours of the building before the Jan. 6 attack.

Now, two Democratic lawmakers say they personally saw one Republican  Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado — with a “large” group in a tunnel connected to the Capitol days before the attempted insurrection that left four rioters and one police officer dead.

Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.) said on Monday that he and Rep. John Yarmuth (D-Ky.) had both seen Boebert in the tunnel outside the Cannon House Office Building with a group sometime in the three days before the riots. He said he didn’t know who was in the group or if anyone with Boebert later participated in the attack.

Congressman [John] Yarmuth refreshed my recollection yesterday,” Cohen told Jim Sciutto on “CNN Newsroom.” “We saw Boebert taking a group of people for a tour sometime after the 3rd and before the 6th. … Now whether these people were people that were involved in the insurrection or not, I do not know.”e

One day before riots, Democratic congresswoman says.   Boebert, a gun rights advocate with links to the baseless QAnon conspiracy theory, called Cohen’s remarks “false” and “slanderous” in a letter sent to the congressman on Monday, which she also shared on Twitter. Boebert said she had taken a number of family members into the Capitol on Jan. 2 for a tour and Jan. 3 to take pictures on the day she was sworn into office, but had not given any other tours.   “I haven’t given a tour of the U.S. Capitol in the 117th Congress to anyone but family,” Boebert said on

Counterterrorism Tactical Efforts As This Was More Than a Protest —  At least some of the arrests already made are part of a strategy used in counterterrorism investigations, to find even a minimal charge and try to take a person of concern off the streets. That helps ease the possible threat amid concern about possible attacks on the inauguration, officials believe. On January 4, for example, local police arrested the leader of the Proud Boys, Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, in Washington, DC.

This scumbag Tarrio was taken into custody for allegedly burning a Black Lives Matter banner taken from a Black church last month during protests in the city after an earlier “ top the Steal" rally. The Miami resident was charged with destruction of property related to the banner, however, federal authorities say they found Tarrio in possession of two high-capacity firearm magazines, prompting them to add a charge of Possession of High Capacity Feeding Device.

On Tuesday, federal authorities in New York City arrested Eduard Florea, 40, on at least one weapons charge after law enforcement, including the FBI and NYPD, responded to a Queens home in response to online postings about an armed caravan heading to the US Capitol, two law enforcement officials with knowledge of the investigation tells CNN. Law enforcement sources told CNN that the man claims to be a Proud Boy and was arrested with live ammunition in the home.

Already, the public efforts by prosecutors and the FBI to encourage people who participated In the riot to turn themselves in is yielding fruit. Some attorneys have reached out to arrange for safe surrender of their clients in order to gain a measure of leniency and lessen the chance of a police raid on their homes, two officials said.

For instance, a counterterrorism prosecutor even appeared in court for an early hearing for one of the defendants on Tuesday, signaling how integrated the Justice Department’s effort already is between the typical criminal prosecutors who handle initial criminal hearings and with the units focused on more complex crimes.

“With this strike force that was established to focus strictly on these sedition charges, we’re looking at in treating this just like a significant international counterterrorism or counterintelligence operation,” DC US Attorney Michael Sherwin said Tuesday

Thats not good for those schmucks who pulled this off as the federal penalties are severe.  "We're looking at everything: money, travel records. Looking at disposition, movement, communication records. So no resource related to the FBI, or the US Attorney’s Office will be unchecked in terms of trying to determine exactly if there was a command and control how it operated and how they executed these, these activities.”  Many of these charges carry strong prison terms and fines. I just call them all traitors and if this was planned, treason… and a warning…

Warning Note:  If any members of Congress from staffers to security ( police) to the Janitors and House staff have colaborated with the rioters you will be charged with these same crimes.  Several police from other states were spotted and arrested.

Meet Dumb And Dumber  —  Two police officers have been charged by federal authorities in connection with the deadly riot that took place at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. last week.

On Wednesday, Jacob Fracker and Thomas Robertson — police officers from Rocky Mount, Virginia — were both charged with unlawful entry into a restricted area and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, according to a statement from the United States Department of Justice

Fracker and Robertson, who were off duty when they attended the riots, photographed themselves in front of the John Stark statue inside the Capitol, where one of the cops was seen making "an obscene gesture," per the Department of Justice statement.

NBC affiliate WSLS 10 reported that the two men appeared virtually in federal court for their first hearing, where it was revealed that jail time would not be sought for both Fracker and Robertson, who are each on a $15,000 unsecured bond.

Inciting the Riot  — Investigations  and Censure Needed

Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Mo Brooks are “ Complicit in the big lie” and “ Have a lot of soul searching to do” over their attempts to overturn the presidential election in favor of Donald T-RUMP, a Republican Senate colleague said on Sunday, amid growing calls for the men to resign or be censured.

No One Else To Blame But T-RUMP  — Three years, 11 months and 23 days after President Donald T-RUMP warned from the West Front of the US Capitol that, “ American carnage stops right here,” the very spot he stood on was engulfed by his own protesters bringing carnage of their own.

—  Shortly after 1 pm,  EST,  Wednesday hundreds of pro-T-RUMP protesters pushed through barriers set up along the perimeter of the Capitol, where they tussled with officers in full riot gear, some calling the officers “traitors” for doing their jobs.

—  About 90 minutes later, police said demonstrators got into the building and the doors to the House and Senate were being locked. Shortly after, the House floor was evacuated by police. Vice President Mike Pence was also evacuated from the chamber, where he was to perform his role in the counting of electoral votes.

—  An armed standoff took place at the House front door at about 3 p.m. ET, and police officers had their guns drawn at someone who was trying to breach it.  As a result of the episode, US Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund is resigning. He said in a statement earlier Thursday that Capitol Police and other law enforcement officers were “actively attacked" with metal pipes and other weapons.

—  “ The violent attack on the US Capitol was unlike any I have ever experienced in my 30 years in law enforcement here in Washington, DC," he added. "Maintaining public safety in an open environment -- specifically for First Amendment activities -- has long been a challenge."

—  Still, lawmakers say they are perplexed at the lack of preparedness among law enforcement given that it had been known for weeks that T-RUMP was promoting a rally he said was aimed at preventing the certification of Biden's win.

—  Prosecutors ‘looking at all actors,’ including T-RUMP, as charges are filed against Capitol rioters… Rep. Mike Quigley, an Illinois Democrat who was locked in the House chamber during an armed standoff between Capitol Police and a rioter, praised the officers who were in the building that put their lives on the line, but made clear that they were outnumbered and law enforcement was under prepared.

—  “The Capitol Police I was around did an amazing job under difficult circumstances,” Quigley told CNN. "My concern wasn't with how valiant the Capitol Police were. It was that an hour before the debate started, I looked at the throngs of people surrounding different sections of the Capitol and said, we don't have enough security."

—  Quigley added: “ ‘  no expert in security, but you can tell we were out-manned in an hour before the debate,” referring to Congress’ proceedings to certify Biden’s win.  where were the backups.  Denied access by the president.

OP-ED — Rabid Animals  —  When you have a rabid animal you put him down, few cures exist and T-RUMP will never change, it is in his DNA to be a  scumbag… selfish liar, and mentally deficient.  “ And crazy people can go berserk, if we do not stop him now, he will do tremendous harm to this country… not by him physically, but by the morons, idiots and irrelevant’s he gets to do the fake patriotic dirty work, including those graduates of the T-RUMP sperm bank, just as arrogant as he is

Lies and corruption, threat and fears from a coward, a draft dodging coward President who bragged about getting away with dodging the draft…

A darft dodger man who called our Soldiers, Sailors, Coasties, Airmen, and Marines,
our blessed departed warriors and heroes     “ Suckers and Losers”…

When I see him at the Arlington Memorial on Veterans Day or at the scene of the Battle of Belleau Woods in France  I would like to see him shot as a coward.  His father paid off a Doctor for the false records.  He is not worthy of stepping foot in either of that hallowed ground, it is a desecration.  For him just another photo-op…

I am truly ashamed to have called him our President… more like a failed dictator, hopefully and dreaming he should go into the White House bunker with a Walther PPK just like Hitler… after he happily gave Eva Braun another sycophant,  her cyanide pill…

Hitler who destroyed Germany and the world …  [ The extrapollated figure by the World Council is that war with the axis, military and civillian total dead are somewhere between sixty and sixty two million]

Worse I am ashamed of the people T-RUMP liberated in to NAZI like Gestapo tactics, the  “ Proud To Be Ignorant”  to intimidate  honest citizens…  Several hatred events with stabbings are attributed to those domestic terrorists…the Proud Boys…

The only redemption I see from T-RUMP is to do what his mentor did, take the Walther PPK and blow his brains out. I for one would be glad to accomodate him… if he doesn’t have the courage to do it himself…

But the biiger challenge will be when they take those rioters and insurrectionists off the street and convict them, sentence then under the law and we’ll get rid of a lot of crazies so they don’t plot again.  They serve no purpose, useful in our society, we will simply take out the garbage.

Bottom Line — Now we have an insurrection and people killed,  this is the end for him,  and how do you define a real hero, someone one day will step up and put the animal down, he is rabid and sick, you will be merciful and save lives if he still walks on this earth…he deserves no better…

We Are Wasting Valuable Time And Lives — COVID-19 is death, 400,000 to date and on the rise at an alarming rate and we have a loser who is at the helm of this great nation and letting people die, so far at about 3800-4300 died each day…so far for the past three days.   500,000 by Febrary

And ask yourself, when you are to be judged and God will carefully listen to your answer, “ What did you do to help, the cause of justice, the aid that went into MAGA, Rallies and Lies, Hats and Signs only killed more… again what have you done to help,  how can you support a murderer”  God will judge you… 400,000 have died at his hands… and thats 400,00 families suffering…

March 1, 2021 expect if conditions are not met 562,000, it might go as high as 600,000 since the distribution plan by the T-RUMP administration is quite f*ked up… and nowhere because it was never planned just like his other failures…  all his other promises and incompetents…  Hang Navarro if you get a chance another T-RUMP appointed failure…  Health bills, Immigration, China, North Korea, all lies… and AZAR right next to him.

But There Is Another Serious Problem —  On The Secondary Front”,  his moves and orders to open business, and with no rules and defenses in place, in addition the pressure he created has resulted in 100,000 additional Americans who just could not handle being out of work, the bills, lost homes, homeless, their business’s closed, starving, and living on the street.  Depression and Suicides are at an all-time unrecorded high… Estimated at another 100,000 might be in trouble with PTTS.  Similar to PTSD (Post Traumatic StressSyndrome)  PTTS is Post Traumatic T-RUMP Syndrome

Our country, the bastion of freedom in the world, is suffering because of one man who has become a pariah and lost the respect of the rest of the countries on the planet.  His friends are leaders you would not allow in your house when you saw how many people they have killed and he is a rising star in the group of people who should be executed.

Recruit, Recover, Reckoning… Will Be Tough With T-RUMPS Destruction Tour  —
—  T-RUMPS temper, some call it distemper found in our four legged species… Will be a long shot and now with Joe Biden, the right man has picked the most distinguished cabinet and staffers I have ever seen and he will need them.  Sooner better on the job to repair four years and millions of dollars ruined by one man… but T-RUMP is making it tougher.

—  He is already working on it and some such as the Oversite Atty. Generals should be brought back.  They simply would not lie for T-RUMP, so he fired them all four department heads in oversight committees.

—  Jail…Thats justice  for Rudi and Pence the two most incompetent and stupid Acolytes in the ranks… who supported and in several cases created some of the messes.  Giuliani, is in bad need of a lobotomy, he is completely insane… more talk and bullsh*t and people are dying like never seen before and he does and did nothing…

 —  When I see and hear men dressed in full “ patriotic” WANNABE regalia with extended mags, Ak-47’s, AR-15’s parading around for the other schmucks to see and imitate,  I wonder how smart those politicians were when they signed the open carry law.  When I hear of these hero’s kidnapping Governors it has deep problems…with in…

—  When T-RUMP goes, it might be the fastest biggest Cesspool cleaning you have ever seen.  And the dirtiest. There is a lot of excrement in the Cesspool, the old swamp was corrupted because of the Senate controls by the beloved biggest crook in the Senate Mitch McConnell. The current Cesspool that was installed by T-RUMP checks out at 96.5% pure sh*t and does nothing.

—  We will rid The T-RUMP family who has been screwing us for four years, the fake Cabinet full of some of the biggest ass-kissers and financial contributors who bought their jobs from T-RUMP with election contributions, greedy, No qualifications for the job, just token bodies as required, and under T-RUMPS full control.

 —  Actually some of the most worthless people in existence,  and we should create a museam of worthless people for future generations to learn from.

—  I am just getting started at retirement … at seventy-seven I have plenty of time on my hands to search, you lose many hobbies, sports and activities when you grow older… Fishing replaced hunting, you get the idea… going to the pistol range keeping force protection current and not the sniper range.  Driving for groceries and shopping at low-traffic times of the day, replaced Aviation…  Doctor visits replaced club meetings…   The Golden years are those years making sure you have good insurance and worthy doctors to pay… because you will…

House Opened Historic Second Impeachment Debate  —  Guilty
The House voted today to make Donald T-RUMP the first President in United States history to be impeached for a second time with a swift and bipartisan vote to condemn his role inciting the riots at the US Capitol.   232-197 with Ten Republicans agreeing.

The speed of the vote and support from at least a handful of Republicans underscores the fury that lawmakers feel about Trump’s role inciting the rioters who overtook the Capitol following months of false rhetoric about the election being stolen from him. The impeachment resolution the House voted and  on Wednesday charges T-RUMP with a single article, “ Incitement of insurrection."

Broken Election Laws, Call To Fraud, Still On The Agenda  —  Additional charges may be brought at the Trial in the Senate by experienced prosecutors, election lawyers and some public officials who have piled on calling for criminal investigations into whether President Donald T-RUMP broke election fraud laws when he pressured Georgia officials on a phone call Saturday to “ Find” 11,870 votes that would reverse his loss in the state.

—  He was asking them to lie and cheat.  They refused and recorded the call… If added to the trial it insures that T-RUMP cannot ever hold a public office…

— While the path to a federal criminal case against the outgoing President isn’t an easy one to make, Georgia officials said the state could be considering a serious inquiry and the matter has already been referred to the FBI  —  Fact Checking Trump’s Call With Georgia’s Secretary Of State and charges are being sought.

—  Prosecutions of former presidents in the US are unheard of in modern times, and the presidency has immense power that lends protection to T-RUMP  The Justice Department previously shied away from coming close to charging T-RUMP for obstruction in the Mueller investigation and after his call asking Ukraine for political help, which led to the President’s first impeachment.

Any Body Seen Mike Pence’s Small Balls  (Bolas Pequeñas) — It was time for Vice President Mike Pence to grow some balls, ( Also in Spanish “ Cojones, or Kahanas ”) and the members of the Cabinet to pull the country back from the edge of abyss and remove T-RUMP from office.  T-RUMP disembowled Pence with nasty remarks and they are not speaking…

—  T-RUMP is finished as president, but every day he is alive is a day he is harming the nation. Every day the damage is becoming more difficult to heal.  Every day he was in office there is a very real possibility that he will unleash his backers in new and harmful ways. It’s no wonder people are using the term “ Civil war” when contemplating what could happen, although for now that, mercifully, still seems avoidable or is it… I don’t believe he and T-RUMP are on the same page now…

—  The scenes from the Capitol are being watched by the entire world.   America has never been more profoundly humiliated. Its reputation lies in tatters. But the country is also facing one of the most crucial tests of its nearly 250-year history.

His Pre- Riot T-RUMP Family Acts Sealed That Fate

Sedition —  Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization  that tends toward rebellion against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent toward, or rebellion against, established authority.

The whole world is watching. It’s watching guns be drawn inside the House of Representatives, just feet away from elected members of Congress.

It’s watching Trump's mobs try to replace the American flag with a Trump flag over the Capitol.

It's watching rioters in the presiding officer's chair in the Senate, threatening police inside the Capitol, violating the sanctity of what was once the shrine of representative democracy.

At this moment when everything is at stake, Pence cannot only save the country, but he can also start the process of repairing America's battered reputation. He can reassure shaken Americans and show the rest of the world that the Constitution he swore to defend is so wise, perhaps divinely inspired, that it contains the mechanism to save itself and the country from the unimaginable, a coup attempt by a sitting president of the United States.

Invoke the 25th Amendment. Remove Trump now.

Big Mouths  —  Small Brains  — Junior Douchbag’s  — Eric T-Rump, AKA the dumber T-RUMP as mentioned by his father [ who called him an idiot ]  threatened GOP members of Congress if they didn’t follow T-RUMP fraud lead.  —

— Who exactly gave this little piss-ant permission (who never accomplished a frickin thing in his life)  to talk to members of the Congress with threats.   I had enough from this entire scumbag family.  He and his brother, Donny Jr.  the bigger little Pr*ck took to the stage to incite the riot.

— And Ivanka, T-RUMP’s Daughter who dresses like a pole dancer,  the imbecile Rep. MO Brooks,  T-RUMPS Lawyer and crackhead, Rudy “ The Ghoul”  Giuliani added more fuel to the fire.  They are all co-conspirators and should be arrested…. six people various reasons are dead, one, a Capitol Policeman was murdered…

—  In case there was any doubt that President Donald T-RUMP and his allies see Wednesday’s votes in Congress as a pure loyalty test, Eric T-RUMP cleared that up with a single tweet Tuesday night.  His threat…

—  “  will personally work to defeat every single Republican Senator / Congressman who doesn't stand up against this fraud - they will be primaries in their next election and they will lose," tweeted the son of the 45th president of the United States.

"The 'Surrender Caucus' within the Republican Party will go down in infamy as weak and ineffective 'guardians' of our Nation, who were willing to accept the certification of fraudulent presidential numbers!" President Trump tweeted earlier this week.

Donald T-RUMP Jr,  The Other Douchbag —  Added his toilet mouth to the riot.  Ivanka, threw her two cents in, the entire sick T-RUMP frickin morons from the T-RUMP sperm bank…reminded Republican members of Congress during a rally Wednesday morning that in the upcoming vote, they can choose to be a “ PRO or a“ ZERO.” “  The choice is yours, but we are all watching,” T-RUMP Jr. said to cheers from the crowd gathered in Washington.  Well spoken by a his children, members of the T-RUMP Youth Corps.   ( Fashioned after the Hitler Youth Corps)

ED NOTE PERSONNEL:  Who the f*ck do these people in the T-RUMP family think they are!

Wow! What threatening words for those scumbag crowds coming from a T-RUMP or his retardant brother matters…  They are T-RUMPS and thats a disease just as guilty of killing hundred of thousands of Americans from the COVID -19 Virus.  In one month that will be one half million with little end in sight as the Task Farce never did do things right… and vaccinations and supplies were lied about by Navarro and Azar…

I won’t gloss over what is happening here. The President of the United States — and his sons and daughter — are openly threatening sitting Republican members of Congress with political physical opposition. And the threat revolves around a totally and completely debunked notion: That the Electoral College votes, which have already been certified in all 50 states, and sixty courtrooms across the nation, wasting millions, were somehow tainted or wrong.

He Has To Be Physically Prohibited From Office

If there’s one defining T-RUMP character trait it’s his desire to punish people he perceives as having wronged him. T-RUMP is so dug in on the idea that he not only won the election but did so in a "landslide" that he will choose to see every vote refusing to object to the Electoral College count as a betrayal.

And he will want to pay each and every one of them back. "I hope the Democrats, and even more importantly, the weak and ineffective RINO section of the Republican Party, are looking at the thousands of people pouring into DC," Trump tweeted on Tuesday night, tagging Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as well as Sen. John Cornyn of Texas and Thune. "They won't stand for a landslide election victory to be stolen."

Add it all up and you get this:   The fracturing of the Republican Party will be formalized today. And Donald T-RUMP will spend the next two years trying to beat every Republican who supposedly betrayed him by voting to uphold democracy.

T-RUMPS answer…was a riot, destruction and sedition by the executive branch against the legislative branch resulting in the death of six persons and over 279 warrants Federal and State,  issued so farfor arrest…

1.  Seditious Conspiracy

It’s a crime for two or more people to agree to try — they don’t have to actually accomplish their illegal objective — to interfere with the central functions of our government. The statute specifically contemplates that it’s a crime to delay or hinder the enforcement of laws, and since the goal on Wednesday was to prevent Congress from formalizing President-elect Joe Biden’s win, it’s possible that on the more serious end of the spectrum, we could see charges of seditious conspiracy, which carry a 20-year maximum sentence.

2.  Solicitation

Solicitation is a crime that involves procuring another person to commit a crime for you. The federal statute is limited to solicitation of crimes that involve the use of force against people or property. We saw plenty of that on Wednesday. The key issue here is likely to be whether there is evidence that anyone involved in the pro-Trump rally Wednesday morning or earlier efforts to get people to Washington, D.C., for the day intended that they would overrun and damage the Capitol building rather than engaging in peaceful assembly and protest. If prosecutors secure evidence of intent, which could be available, for instance, in the form of prior statements captured on videotape, anyone who “solicit[ed], command[ed], induce[d], or otherwise endeavor[ed] to persuade” other people to participate in the insurrection could be sentenced to up to half as much time as the sentence the law provides for the crimes that were committed.

3.  Homicide & Assault

There are a range of federal provisions that could apply here, depending on the evidence prosecutors develop. Already, we’ve seen the horrible shooting death of a rioter, the violent death of a Capitol police officer and the torture of another officer, who was slammed between closing doors by rioters.

If the deaths are prosecuted under federal law, which is likely because they occurred in the Capitol building and in at least one case involved a federal officer, the charges will be for murder if there was malice aforethought. That means either an intent to kill or a depraved disregard for human life that led to the death.

This type of charge seems most likely given what we already know, although there are lesser charges involving manslaughter available if death results from the heat of passion, extreme carelessness or some other circumstance that doesn’t rise to the level of murder. The most serious form of murder would involve premeditation in advance of the killing and would subject a person convicted of the crime to capital punishment or life in prison.

It’s also likely that there will be assault charges against people who threatened and attacked others. Assault with a deadly weapon, which could include the use of items we don’t typically think of as weapons in a way likely to inflict serious injury, is a possible charge. Slamming doors repeatedly against a police officer or attacking with flag poles and other items people carried into the Capitol could qualify. Assault with a deadly weapon carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison.

Again, depending on the evidence that develops, there is a broad range of charges prosecutors may consider. It is a crime to conspire or attempt to kill or kidnap a member of Congress. Entering into a conspiracy to do so, even if the crime itself is not completed, could lead to a sentence of up to life in prison. It’s also a crime to convey an interstate threat to kidnap or harm an individual, and charges in this regard have already been filed against one man in connection with a threat against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

4.  Possession of Firearms & Explosives

Prosecutors in the District of Columbia have already brought charges against an Alabama man for “possession of an unregistered firearm (destructive device) and carrying a pistol without a license.” Because it’s illegal to possess a firearm in the District, it’s likely that we’ll see many more local charges like this. In addition, certain categories of people, for instance those with previous felony convictions, are prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under federal law and could be subject to charges on that basis.

On the most serious end of the spectrum here, bombs were found at the Democratic National Committee and Republican Nation Committee headquarters on Wednesday. Identifying the person or people responsible will be a high priority for law enforcement. They will want to make sure no additional bombs remain in circulation and that any materials or facilities used for bombmaking are confiscated and rendered safe. Even absent charges of a scheme to use the bombs in an attack, it’s a crime to transport or receive explosives knowing they’re intended to harm people or property. Anyone who commits this crime can be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.

5.  Interstate Travel in Aid of Racketeering

Federal law prohibits travel in interstate commerce to conduct or promote criminal activity. As news spread on Wednesday, U.S. Attorneys across the country took to Twitter to commit to prosecuting anyone who traveled from their districts to Washington, D.C., to commit crimes. Travel to commit a crime of violence carries a penalty of up to 20 years, while lesser violations of the statute are punishable by up to five years of custody.

6.  Restricted-Area Violations

Federal law prohibits engaging in violence toward people or property within “a restricted building or grounds,” or entering the building or grounds with the intent to disrupt government business. There is a panoply of charges ranging from entering or remaining in a restricted area without permission to doing so to impede government business. Prosecutors in D.C. have already begun to charge people with entering and remaining in restricted areas, a misdemeanor charge that carries a sentence of up to one year in prison. Custody of up to 10 years is authorized if perpetrators use or carry a deadly weapon or if anyone is seriously injured in connection with the offense.

7.  Local D.C. Vandalism & Trespassing Provisions

Prosecutors have already begun to charge violations of local D.C. laws in superior court, including unlawful entry, curfew violations and firearms-related crimes. These types of violations will be reserved for the least culpable participants on Wednesday.

Expect to see prosecutors use the full range of statutes available to them to hold people accountable. Inquiry into who was responsible for organizing events, who funded travel and other activity essential to Wednesday’s insurrection, and what they intended to accomplish, is only beginning to take place and we don’t yet know where it will lead. But the absence of a statute that is specific to domestic terrorism will not impede prosecutors’ progress, given the range of offenses that appear to apply, based simply on what we’ve seen in the press. It’s also important to note that the statutory sentences discussed here are ceilings, the maximum sentences federal judges can impose. Under sentencing guidelines, actual sentences are often significantly lower.

Robust investigation and prosecution is critical to creating accountability for this unprecedented attack on the republic. Important goals of the criminal justice system, including incapacitating people who are dangerous to others and deterring future criminal conduct, are at stake. Free speech is among the most sacred rights in our democracy. But when language spills over into violence and the peaceful transfer of power in our country becomes the target of an angry mob, we have to hold wrongdoers accountable.

Hundreds Due To Be Charged in Federal Court Following Riot at the Capitol

—  “The lawless destruction of the US Capitol building was an attack against one of our Nation’s greatest institutions,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Sherwin. “My Office, along with our law enforcement partners at all levels, have been expeditiously working and leveraging every resource to identify, arrest, and begin prosecuting these individuals who took part in the brazen criminal acts at the U.S. Capitol. We are resolute in our commitment to holding accountable anyone responsible for these disgraceful criminal acts, and to anyone who might be considering engaging in or inciting violence in the coming weeks – know this: you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

—  “ATF is committed to the rule of law and the protection of all citizens’ Constitutional rights,” said Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Deputy Director Regina Lombardo. “We continue to support our law enforcement partners to ensure those who violated the law during the events at the Capitol this week are brought to justice. ATF has dedicated all appropriate resources to complete these investigations as soon as possible.”

—  “Today’s charges are just the beginning of the FBI’s ongoing efforts to hold those responsible for the criminal acts of violence and destruction that unfolded during the US Capitol building breach on January 6th,” said FBI Director Christopher Wray. “To be clear, what took place that day was not First Amendment-protected activity, but rather an affront on our democracy. The FBI, along with our local, state and federal partners, is committed to ensuring that justice is served. We will continue to aggressively investigate each and every individual who chose to ignore the law and instead incite violence, destroy property, and injure others.”

—  “Deputy U.S. Marshals responded to support U.S. Capitol Police after the incursion into the Capitol building. Our deputies helped to clear the building and escorted members of Congress back to the main chamber for official business,” said U.S. Marshals Service Director Donald Washington. “US Marshals will now bring to bear our fugitive investigations expertise to ensure that individuals charged in federal warrants are brought to face justice. Respect for the rule of law is a foundational principle for our democracy and the freedoms that it provides.  Unlawful acts will not go unpunished.”

How Many Arrests So Far?  Summary 1-16-2021

—  More than 200 case files have been opened. According to the FBI, more than 100 arrests have been made in connection with the Capitol siege.  Michael Sherwin, US Attorney for the District of Columbia, said officials are looking at "significant felony cases" tied to sedition and conspiracy.

—  A man allegedly seen in viral photos carrying a Confederate flag in the Capitol during the riots was charged on Thursday.  Authorities named him as Kevin Seefried and he appeared with his son, Hunter, in a Wilmington, Delaware court.   They jointly face charges including entering a restricted building, violent entry and disorderly conduct.  Mr Seefried Sr told investigators he normally flies the battle flag outside his home in Laurel, Delaware.  The Confederate flag  is widely seen as a racist symbol as it was the banner of the slaveholding southern states that lost the US Civil War (1861-65).

—  Meanwhile, a left-wing activist has been arrested after tweeting video of himself inside the US Capitol as protesters breached security.     John Sullivan, 26, was charged with entering a restricted building and violent entry or disorderly conduct.  He claimed in media interviews that he was just “ Documenting" the rampage, though the affidavit notes he has no press credentials.

The court document  says Mr Sullivan can be heard saying in a video he filmed of the Capitol riot: "Let's burn this shit down."   He has identified himself in media interviews as a Black Lives Matter supporter, but rejects any association with antifa, a loosely affiliated group of far-left protesters.

Following the death of George Floyd last year, Mr Sullivan founded an activist group called Insurgence USA that advocates for racial justice. He was charged in July 2020 with felony riot and criminal mischief over civil unrest in Provo, Utah.

—  On Sunday, the Department of Justice announced the arrests of two men who were allegedly pictured bringing plastic restraints into the Capitol.  Authorities say Eric Gavelek Munchel is the individual seen carrying a number of plastic zip ties inside the Senate chamber. He was detained in Tennessee. Larry Rendell Brock, who is accused of entering the Capitol with a white flex cuff - a restraining device used by law enforcement - was arrested in Texas.

His ex-wife turned him in. "When I saw this was happening, I was afraid he would be there," she told investigators, describing how she felt when she heard about the riots. Then she saw the images, and she recognised her former husband: “It is such a good picture of him.  So far, neither has been accused of plotting to use the restraints, but face disorderly conduct and violent entry charges.

—  Steven D’Antuono, the head of the FBI's Washington field office, told reporters this week that they have been inundated with information and tips from the public.   As of Thursday, the Justice Department has received about 140,000 videos and photos.   Officials said they are considering filing serious charges of seditious activity against some individuals who were involved in the siege on the Capitol.
According to federal criminal code, seditious conspiracy means an effort to conspire to overthrow the US government. The punishment is severe: up to 20 years in prison.

Follow The Money  —  US Attorneys in Ohio, Minnesota, Kentucky and other states have also pledged to prosecute anyone who travelled from their regions to take part in the riot.

—  New details about how some of the rioters, or organisers of the assault, may have financed their operations have also been revealed by a cryptocurrency data firm, Chainalysis. According to the firm, a number of far-right activists received hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments in Bitcoin before the assault on the Capitol.

Robert Keith Packer  —  One of the most striking images from that day showed a man wearing a hoodie with the words: "Camp Auschwitz". Auschwitz was a Nazi extermination camp where more than a million people, mostly Jews, were murdered during World War Two by Germany.  For many, the slogan showed some of the dark forces behind the protests. Mr Packer was arrested in Virginia and has been charged with trespassing in a federal building and "violent entry and disorderly conduct" on Capitol grounds.

Jake Angeli - ‘Q Shaman’  —  Jacob Anthony Chansley, known as Jake Angeli or as he describes himself the "Q Shaman", is a well-known follower of the unfounded QAnon conspiracy theory who lives in Glendale, Arizona.

QAnon supporters believe President T-RUMP and a secret military intelligence team are battling a deep state cabal of Satan-worshipping paedophiles in the Democratic Party, media, business and Hollywood.  Known for appearing with a painted face, fur hat and horns while carrying a "Q sent me" banner in public, Mr Chansley, 33, has been charged with violent entry and disorderly conduct after appearing in multiple images inside the halls of Congress and the Senate chamber.

According to a local ABC news station, a judge has agreed that Mr Chansley should be “ Provided food in line with a Shaman’s strict organic diet” after he refused to eat the meals provided at the jailhouse.  ( We suggested sh*t sandwiches or starvation)
Through his attorney, the defendant has requested a pardon from Mr T-RUMP  citing “ he peaceful and compliant fashion in which Mr Chansley comported himself" during the riot.

In videos posted to his social media accounts, he shouts about child-trafficking in front of government buildings or inside shopping malls, and attends pro-T-RUMP or QAnon-linked "save our children" rallies.  Like many of his fellow QAnon followers, Mr Chansley says he believes Covid-19 is a hoax.

President Trump - viewed as a hero by the movement - has stopped short of endorsing the conspiracy theory but has described QAnon activists as "people who love our country."

Doug Jensen, 41, from Des Moines, Iowa  —  appeared in one of the most widely shared videos of the riots showing a lone African American officer holding back the mob.  Mr Jensen has been arrested and faces five federal charges, including violent entry and disorderly conduct and obstructing a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder.  In it, he can be seen chasing a police officer up a flight of stairs inside the Capitol wearing a shirt with the QAnon slogan "trust the plan".

Mr Jensen later identified himself on his Twitter account, tweeting: "You like my shirt?" and “ Me…" under images of him inside the Capitol shared by fellow QAnon supporters.    On his Twitter, Mr Jensen regularly expresses support for President T-RUMP  engages with well-known QAnon accounts, and tweets QAnon phrases such as WWG1WGA - short for "where we go one we go all" - a rallying cry for the conspiracy's adherents.

Nick Ochs - Proud boys  —  Nick Ochs was arrested at an airport in Honolulu, Hawaii, by the FBI, as he returned home from Washington DC.  He's accused of unlawful entry of restricted buildings or grounds, after he posted a picture smoking a cigarette inside the Capitol building, tweeting: "Hello from the Capital lol".  Mr Ochs describes himself as a "Proud Boy Elder from Hawaii". The Proud Boys is an anti-immigrant and all male far-right group founded in 2016.
President Trump addressed this group specifically in the first presidential debate. In response to a question about white supremacists and militias he said: "Proud Boys, stand back and stand by."

Richard Barnett  —  Richard Barnett is the man pictured with his feet on a desk in Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office. He was also pictured outside the Capitol with a personalised envelope he took from her office.  He's been arrested for unlawful entry, disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and theft of public money, property, or records.  Mr Barnett is 60 years old and from Arkansas.
Local media reports say Mr Barnett is involved in a group that supports gun rights, and that he was interviewed at a "Stop the Steal" rally following the presidential election - the movement that supports President Trump's unsubstantiated claims of election fraud.

Derrick Evans  —  Less than a month after he was sworn in as a Republican delegate in the West Virginia state legislature, Mr Evans filmed himself pushing through the crowd as he stormed the Capitol wearing what appears to be a motorcycle helmet.  "We're going in," he said in the now-deleted Facebook live stream. "We did it! Derrick Evans is in the Capitol!" he yelled, adding, "patriots inside, baby!"  His participation in the riot led lawmakers in his home state to consider cutting off his access to the West Virginia statehouse.   But within a week of the riot, he had resigned. He is facing federal charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Nicholas Rodean — The Maryland man was fired from his job after he was seen wearing his work ID badge to the riot

Aaron Mostofsky — The 34-year-old son of a Brooklyn judge was freed after posting a $100,000 bail.  Pictures from the riot showed him wearing furs and a police tactical vest that he is accused of stealing

William Pepe — The New York City transit worker was suspended without pay after officials said he called out sick from work to travel to Washington and participate in the riot.  Should be fired and loss of pension.

Andrew William  - The Florida firefighter was arrested after a picture online showed him wearing a Trump hat and pointing to a placard bearing the name of Democrat Nancy Pelosi

Josiah Colt  —  The Idaho man was pictured dangling from a Senate balcony after rioters stormed the chamber and is facing charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing.  We need to add charges of “ Utter Stupidity

Adam Johnson —  36 of Florida, was photographed holding up the House speaker's lectern and smiling during the Capitol siege. He has been charged with theft of government property and the lectern has since been returned

Jenny Cudd  — The owner of a flower shop once ran for mayor in Midland, Texas. According to officials, she posted a video where she said: "We did break down Nancy Pelosi's office door"

Klete Keller  —  A two-time Olympic gold medallist swimmer, has been charged after online sleuths spotted that he wore his Olympic jacket to the Capitol

Robert Sandford  —  a recently retired firefighter from a Philadelphia suburb, is accused of assaulting officers by throwing a fire extinguisher at them. Our police officer was killed by a fire extinguisher thrown at his head causing a stroke.  This guy has explaining to do as he hit three other policemen with an extinguisher. That could lead to assault with a deadly weapon and possibly loss of his pension.

Jacob Fracker and Thomas Robertson  —  Off-duty police officers from Rocky Mount, Virginia, are accused of trespassing and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.  ( Their sheriff has not responded)

House Scumbags, Medal Of Freedom, Wittness Tampering
He awards the Medal of Freedom to the two biggest liars and obstructionists in Congress.  Sen. Nunes and Rep. Jordan, disgusting and a mockery Of The MEDAL Of FREEDOM…    He pardoned those who lied cheated, colluded, corrupted, cheated and were proven and judged guilty because they could testify against him… He needs to go to jail for that act alone… it’s a form of witness tampering and should be investigated…

T-Rump Rebuffed Initial Requests To Deploy The National Guard To The Capitol.

Pence Gave The Go-Ahead  — Fox News Lied About That  —   The Army activated 1,100 troops of the DC National Guard to protect the Capitol.  President Trump initially rebuffed and resisted requests to mobilize the National Guard to quell violent protests at the Capitol, according to a person with knowledge of the events.

In the end, it was Vice President Mike Pence, defense and administration officials said, who approved the order to deploy.  It was unclear why Mr. Trump, who is still technically the commander in chief, did not give the order. The mobilization was initiated with the help of Pat A. Cipollone, the White House counsel, among other officials, according to the person with knowledge of the events.

Kash Patel, the chief of staff to Chris Miller, the acting defense secretary, responded: “The acting secretary and the president have spoken multiple times this week about the request for National Guard personnel in D.C. During these conversations, the president conveyed to the acting secretary that he should take any necessary steps to support civilian law enforcement requests in securing the Capitol and federal buildings.”

The Army activated 1,100 troops of the D.C. National Guard, an Army official said Wednesday, and Virginia’s governor dispatched members of the Virginia Guard along with 200 Virginia State Troopers to quell the violence in the nation’s capital.

The troops were sent to the D.C. Armory to be deployed to the Capitol and to other points around Washington.  Treason, Anarchy, Destruction, Murder, what in the name of heaven does T-RUMP have to do before these Republican GOP Senators and Representative imbeciles wake up and enough is enough.

A Prominent Business Group Calls On Pence To  Remove T-RUMP From Office —A lobbying group for the manufacturing industry — an entity once aligned with the Trump administration — urged Vice President Mike Pence on Wednesday to utilize powers within the constitution to remove President Trump from office after Mr. Trump’s supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol.

In a lengthy statement, the National Association of Manufacturers termed the violent incursion at the Capitol complex as “mob rule” that it said was fueled by Mr. T-RUMP.   The 14,000-member group, which last year honored Ivanka Trump, the president’s eldest daughter, said that Mr. T-RUMP was not fit for office.  But Ivanka who likes to show off her boobs was recognized…  possibly for her boobs, it can’t be for her talent, she has the T-RUMP syndrome….

“This is sedition and should be treated as such,” the group said. “The outgoing president incited violence in an attempt to retain power, and any elected leader defending him is violating their oath to the Constitution and rejecting democracy in favor of anarchy.”  The association called on Mr. Pence to use a constitutional mechanism that provides the vice president and a majority of the cabinet — the officials who lead executive agencies —with the ability to declare that the president is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.” Both the Senate and House would be required to approve such a measure by a two-thirds vote.  Never happen from the chickenshit….
