(Reuters) - “Kraken” lawyer Julia Haller is adamant that she didn’t actually cry during a sanctions hearing in Michigan on Monday, but there were times as her voice quavered and cracked that she sounded close.

As legions watched the public Zoom hearing and tweeted their reactions – many of them unkind — it reminded me that it’s not just what you say in court. It’s also how you say it.

Haller, along with co-counsel including Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, appeared remotely before U.S. District Judge Linda Parker in Detroit. The judge is weighing Rule 11 sanctions against the pro-Trump team stemming from a lawsuit they filed seeking to overturn President Joe Biden’s election win in Michigan.

Powell in November on Fox Business famously vowed to expose election fraud and “release the Kraken,” referring to the sea monster of Scandinavian folklore.

“I did not cry or tear up,” Haller wrote in response to my request for comment, specifically disputing a report in the UK’s The Independent headlined “'Kraken' lawyer weeps in court hearing as she faces sanctions over backing Trump's 'Big Lie' on election fraud.” She did not respond to a further request for comment for this column.

It's unclear what prompted Haller's demeanor on Monday. For many lawyers, finding the right mix of confidence, authority and authenticity when speaking in court is a challenge. And for some women in a field historically dominated by men at the top in both private practice and on the bench, it can be especially difficult.  Substance aside, the hearing on a purely performative level showcased how to do it well — and how not to.

PART OF A LOSING TEAM —  Juli Haller was part of Donald Trump’s legal brigade in Michigan, filing a lawsuit alongside the ubiquitous Sidney Powell that claimed absentee vote counts were likely manipulated by a computer algorithm developed by allies of deceased Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez.

Screen Shot 2022-08-17 at 7.46.03 AM

The lawsuit was quickly deemed baseless, and she was among nine attorneys ordered by a federal judge to pay the city of Detroit and state of Michigan’s legal fees and referred for possible disbarment. In a blistering rebuke, Judge Linda V. Parker called it a “historic and profound abuse of the judicial process.”

But unlike Rudy Giuliani, whose law license was suspended in New York and Washington, D.C., for championing similar cases, or Haller’s own co-counsel, Powell, whose law license is at risk in Texas, Haller is going strong. She has gained a robust client roster that includes two alleged members of the far-right vigilante group the Oath Keepers who are accused of fueling the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Update —  both of those insurrectionists  so far got 7 years in prison —  she’s not a top hitter—

Haller’s trajectory — from rebuked purveyor of baseless claims to a go-to attorney for MAGA extremists — infuriates many liberal activists, including some groups who are targeting the lawyers for discipline, and alarms some nonpartisan specialists in legal ethics. They say those who helped legitimize the former president’s lies should not be allowed to use it as a foundation to build their legal practices, lest it serve as an incentive to profit from ever more outlandish claims that shake the confidence of Americans in the integrity of U.S. elections and endanger democracy.

In total, at least 16 lawyers who represented plaintiffs in five federal lawsuits promoting Trump’s baseless election fraud claims in the key battlegrounds of Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin and Arizona remain in good standing or have no record of disciplinary action with their respective bar associations or licensing authorities, according to a POLITICO review.

Fourteen of them have since engaged in additional work in support of the election fraud conspiracies or conspiracists behind Trump’s attempt to remain in power despite losing the election to President Joe Biden. These include defending accused Jan. 6 rioters, consulting for partisan election “audits” or partaking in advocacy or legal cases sowing doubts about the integrity of the nation’s elections, POLITICO found.

Powell and Giuliani are the most well-known national legal voices who promoted conspiracies fueling the violent attack on the Capitol. Efforts to reach them were unsuccessful.

The T-Rump Curse In Action —  He has only one person to thank for all his greatness Donald J. T-RUMP.    When you kiss t-rumps ass, you might want to wear a N95 mask and in Rudy’s  case with no pardon, we recommended the M40 version used by the United  States Armed Forces,  the current military version  prevents Crainial- Rectal Dyslexia commonly found amongst T-Rump acolytes and sycophants  — Just ask VP Mike Pence  — former VP supported T-RUMP with accolades of bullsh*t and now has the nickname “ Shitfaced” —

“ Hanging Around With T-RUMP May Take On A New Meaning” —

Poor Rudy Giuliani  — There was a time in the not-too-distant past when Rudy Giuliani was seen as a future face of the Republican Party. Now, he's a punchline.  he’s more like the ass of the Republican party — I never was a fan of him, taking all the glory for his work during 911 -  What work?  More later on that — It wasn’t his courage that died that day, it was the hero's and the innocent—

Editor Note:  He’s not quite the head anymore, as explained Rudy must suffer from Trumpism's Disease or  medically “ Crainial-Rectal Dyslexia”  which occurs when you have your head up Donald’s ass and it causes commonly a reflex known on the street's as  " Sh*t For Brains Syndrome”.

We are hearing reports the Queen may take back his Honorary Knighthood and his wife might take back those dresses he loved to wear.  Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani was Honorary knighted, but don’t call him sir.

Queen Elizabeth II named Giuliani Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for his “ Outstanding help and support to the bereaved British families in New York.”

What exactly did he do?  Research, you’ll be surprised —

Giuliani's journey from "America's Mayor" to eye-rolling embarrassment hit another low this week, when it was revealed that not only had he appeared on the latest season of the reality show "The Masked Singer," but also that when his identity was revealed, two of the show's hosts walked off in protest.

As CNN's Chloe Melas reports: "Robin Thicke and Ken Jeong walked off stage following the revelation of Giuliani as a contestant on the popular Fox reality show in which contenders perform in full costume until they are eliminated." The episode is expected to air next month, Melas notes.

It's cringe-inducing all around. And, unfortunately for Giuliani fans -- and I assume there are still some out there -- it's the latest in a series of increasingly desperate attempts by the former New York City mayor to stay relevant.

Giuliani's descent began slowly -- and then all at once. It was tied directly to his association with Donald Trump, whom he had known for decades as they orbited each other in New York City circles.

As Trump's Presidency wore on -- and as the legal problems mounted -- Giuliani emerged as one of a few members of Trump's inner circle, largely due to his utter servility and willingness to say (and do) anything in support of the then-President's increasingly out-of the planet views.

In the wake of Trump's 2020 election loss, Giuliani became the public face of Trump's Big Lie -- his repeated insistence, sans evidence, that the election had been stolen from him. Giuliani's buffoonery was on full display during a press conference just days after the election held at a local Philadelphia landscaping company that happened to share the name of the Four Seasons hotel.

Chris Cillizza Will Delve A Little Deeper Into The Surreal World Of Politics—

Giuliani has kept up the drumbeat of widespread voter fraud -- again, with zero proof -- for much of the past year. He is the subject of a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems due to his repeated (and false) statements suggesting that the 2020 race was somehow rigged.

The common thread that ties Giuliani's election denialism to his appearance on a reality TV show is this:    He is absolutely desperate to stay relevant.

Giuliani had a taste of being a national figure following his shepherding of New York City in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. That celebrity status led him to be considered a front-runner in the 2008 Republican presidential campaign, but his bid fizzled amid a lack of voter interest;  he won a total of zero states in the that year's primary.

That loss left Giuliani adrift. He was a moderate in a party that was moving more and more to the right. By the time Trump began running for the 2016 presidential nomination, Giuliani wasn't even in the picture, politically speaking. His desire to matter drove him to endorse Trump on the day of the New York primary.

"I'm Rudy Giuliani, I mean a lot in New York politics, I endorse Donald Trump, but I'm not a part of the campaign," the former mayor said at the time. "I'm not a part of the campaign apparatus and I don't want people to think I am."

"I'm Rudy Giuliani, I mean a lot in New York politics." I mean … The "Masked Singer" appearance -- and the controversy it triggered -- is rightly understood as a continuation of Giuliani's desperate search for relevance in the decade (or so) since he mattered in American politics.  It would be funny -- if it wasn't so sad.

Prosecution Statements  —  Legal:  Paul Callan is a CNN legal analyst, a former New York homicide prosecutor and counsel to the New York law firm of Edelman & Edelman PC, focusing on wrongful conviction and civil rights cases.

(CNN)   In a carefully reasoned and evidence-packed decision, a New York State appellate court suspended Rudy Giuliani's law license this week. The court found that Giuliani engaged in so many clearly unethical actions while seeking to overthrow the results of the 2020 presidential election on behalf of his client Donald Trump, that immediate action was necessary to protect the public.

The order strips the former US Attorney and New York Mayor of his right to practice law while the court's Attorney Grievance Committee investigates misconduct claims against him.  Giuliani can request a court hearing on the interim suspension within 20 days of the order.

The decision to suspend an attorney while he is still being investigated is highly unusual and customarily reserved for only the most serious forms of professional misconduct. But the court has made a compelling case that Giuliani's misconduct was a knowing and deliberate attempt by an officer of the court to disrupt and obstruct America's 2020 presidential election in violation of the legal profession's code of professional responsibility.

The number of allegedly false claims and acts of outright dishonesty outlined in the decision is truly staggering. Giuliani's career appears destined for ruination while Donald Trump heads for the golf course.

The punishment could include disbarment or a forced resignation when the proceedings conclude. Giuliani has hotly contested the validity of the charges as political. His lawyers said in a statement Thursday that "we believe that our client does not pose a present danger to the public interest. We believe that once the issues are fully explored at a hearing Mr. Giuliani will be reinstated as a valued member of the legal profession that he has served so well in his many capacities for so many years."

What do the charges say? They relate to extravagant and patently false claims of election fraud that he lodged in various courts and in other public forums on Trump's behalf. A particularly unusual aspect of the court's blistering 33-page decision was its reliance not only on allegedly false statements made by Giuliani in court and legislative proceedings, but also on statements he made in podcasts, on television and in other public but non-legal forums.

The court explicitly noted that the First Amendment does not give attorneys freedom to lie and commit harmful acts of fraud in connection with their representation of a client in any forum. The decision should be a stern reminder to attorneys running for public office that egregious lies and false statements that cause public harm, even in political campaigns, may warrant disbarment or other disciplinary sanctions.

Attorneys are customarily suspended immediately only for grossly improper actions that harm clients or undermine the integrity of the courts. Cases resulting in immediate suspensions often apply to attorneys who have substance abuse problems, serious criminal convictions or who steal clients' money.

The Giuliani decision is a reminder to the bar that a lawyer's responsibility to act with integrity and honesty extends beyond the courtroom to any situation where a "third person" may be influenced or harmed. The judges made it clear in that if Giuliani, acting as the President's personal lawyer, willfully used fraud and deceit to undermine the election, the repercussions would be severe.

"The seriousness of respondent's uncontroverted misconduct cannot be overstated," the court wrote. "Where, as here, the false statements are being made by respondent, acting with the authority of being an attorney, and using his large megaphone, the harm is magnified... One only has to look at the ongoing present public discord over the 2020 election, which erupted into violence, insurrection and death on January 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol, to understand the extent of the damage that can be done when the public is misled by false information about the elections. The AGC [Attorney Grievance Committee] contends that respondent's misconduct directly inflamed tensions that bubbled over into the events of January 6, 2021 in this nation's Capitol."

The decision is also an encyclopedic recitation of what the disciplinary committee variously described as manifest dishonesty and fraud perpetuated by Giuliani in not only those public appearances and podcasts in New York but also in lawsuits and other proceedings in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona.

Giuliani's misconduct in states other than New York falls within New York jurisdiction, the court states, because the former mayor was admitted to practice in those states upon the representation that he was a lawyer in good standing admitted to practice in New York under the "pro hac vice" (for this case only) doctrine.

The case against Giuliani reads in some respects like a criminal indictment with multiple counts. In a larger sense, anyone who wants to understand the completely fraudulent nature of the claims that the 2020 presidential election was "stolen" from Donald Trump need only read this very detailed opinion.

It is an index of fraud, lies and professional misconduct designed to undermine American democracy, and used by many of Donald Trump's representatives, both in and out of court.

The really tragic aspect of the whole affair is that Rudolph Giuliani, the man often referred to as "America's Mayor" for the strength and guidance he provided to New York City in the aftermath of 9/11, will now find his professional destruction in a different pile of rubble. This one created by Donald T-RUMP.

Supreme Court of New York Appellate Division, First Judicial Department

Rolando T. Acosta,   Dianne T. Renwick   Sallie Manzanet-Daniels   Judith J. Gische   Barbara R. Kapnick,
Motion No. 2021-00491   Case No.      2021-00506
In the Matter of RUDOLPH W. GIULIANI (ADMITTED AS RUDOLPH WILLIAM GIULIANI), an attorney and counselor-at law:

Attorney Grievance Committee For The First Judicial Department,

Respondent  —  Disciplinary proceedings instituted by the Attorney Grievance Committee for the First Judicial Department. Respondent was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York at a Term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the Second Judicial Department on June 25, 1969.

Appearances —   Jorge Dopico, Chief Attorney,  Attorney Grievance Committee, New York (Kevin M. Doyle, of counsel), for petitioner.  Barry Kamins, Esq. and John Leventhal, Esq., Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins, P.C., for respondent.

PER CURIAM  —  The Attorney Grievance Committee moves for an order, pursuant to Judiciary Law §90(2) and the Rules for Attorney Disciplinary Matters (22 NYCRR) §1240.9(a)(5), immediately suspending respondent from the practice of law based upon claimed violations of rules 3.3(a); 4.1; 8.4(c) and 8.4(h) of the Rules of Professional Conduct (22 NYCRR 1200.0) (Rules of Conduct or RPC).

Respondent was admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor at law in the State of New York on June 25, 1969, under the name Rudolph William Giuliani. He maintains a law office within the First Judicial Department.

For the reasons that follow, we conclude that there is uncontroverted evidence that respondent communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection with Trump’s failed effort at reelection in 2020. These false statements were made to improperly bolster respondent’s narrative that due to widespread voter fraud, victory in the 2020 United States presidential election was stolen from his client. We conclude that respondent’s conduct immediately threatens the public interest and warrants interim suspension from the practice of law, pending further proceedings before the Attorney Grievance Committee (sometimes AGC or Committee).

It Speaks For Itself —  Going Back To he Ukrainian Lies  In an audio, exclusively obtained by CNN, of Rudy Giuliani in July 2019 — when he was still President Donald Trump’s lawyer and henchman — cajoling an aide to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to announce an investigation into Joe Biden.

Giuliani's call was a precursor to the infamous call where Trump pressured Zelensky, a move that led to Trump's first impeachment trial. The fact of Giuliani's call was previously known, but the audio makes the pressure clear.

"All we need from the President [Zelensky] is to say, I'm gonna put an honest prosecutor in charge, he's gonna investigate and dig up the evidence, that presently exists and is there any other evidence about involvement of the 2016 election, and then the Biden thing has to be run out," Giuliani said, according to the audio. "... Somebody in Ukraine's gotta take that seriously.”

RUDY “ The Ghouliani”

Suggested Rudy Theme Song Adapted From  “ A Fool On A Hill”

Written By Al Jacobs For Posterity, Loved By Those Who Know The Real Rudy

Day after day, A man stands alone on a hill…
A man with the foolish smirk is the most perfect shill…

But nobody wants to know him…they can see that he’s just a fool…
Playing the legal shaman for losers in the press-pool…

But the fool on the hill, now see’s the sun going down…And the eyes in his head, beady and lost see the world spinning a‘round…

He’s kissing ass on the way, with his head near T-RUMPS behind..The man who supports the lIar still talking perfectly unkind…

But nobody ever hears him, Or the sound he appears to make,
And he never seems to notice, his bullsh*t leaves no wake …

And now nobody seems to like him, they can tell what he wants to do,  And he never shows his feelings, nor acts like he cares about you…

Day after day, A man stands alone on a hill…
A man with the foolish smirk was the most perfect shill…

But his days are numbered and he may not stand for long…
The hill is a volcano and this might be his very last song…

For the man who stood on a hill, alone and ringing the bell …
People hoping he will just vanish, even pardon won’t save his soul from hell…

Again  —  Reprise —  People hoping he will just vanish, even pardon won’t save his soul from hell…

CNN’’s Marshall Cohen And Matthew Chance Write  —  The new audio demonstrates how Giuliani aggressively cajoled the Ukrainians to do Trump's bidding. And it undermines Trump's oft-repeated assertion that "there was no quid pro quo" where Zelensky could secure US government support if he did political favors for Trump.

The call was one of the opening salvos in the years-long quest by Trump and his allies to damage Biden and subvert the 2020 election process -- by soliciting foreign meddling, lying about voter fraud, attempting to overturn the results, and inciting the deadly January 6 assault on the Capitol.

A catalog of anti-democratic activity… That last clause, in which they line up examples of Trump's pre- and post-election attempts against Biden, represents a chronicle of anti-democratic subversion.

Giuliani dangled an in-person meeting between Trump and Zelensky, essentially in exchange for Zelensky investigating Biden. Listening to it now — with the knowledge that T-RUMP would ultimately be impeached, twice, and that Giuliani would find himself under criminal investigation for his international efforts on Trump's behalf -- does not make Giuliani brazenly trading on American world power for Trump's political gain less jarring.

Ghouliani Really Screws Up International Relations —

  • Biden invites Zelensky to White House… later. The Ukrainian President was denied a White House meeting with Trump, perhaps because he refused to investigate Biden. Now, Biden will give Zelensky that courtesy, national security adviser Jake Sullivan announced Monday, after the leaders talked on the phone. But the meeting won't happen until after Biden meets Russian President Vladimir Putin in a planned summit in Geneva next week.

  • Zelensky is far from happy with Biden. He told Axios he had wanted desperately to meet before Biden's Putin meeting. Russia has been the aggressor against Ukraine by seizing control of Crimea in 2014 and raised serious recent concerns when it conducted military exercises just across its border with Ukraine.

  • Sullivan said Biden promised Zelensky on Monday that he would “  Stand up firmly for Ukraine sovereignty, territorial integrity and its aspirations as we go forward.”

  • At immediate issue is the Nord-2 pipeline, which Russia will use to bypass Ukraine as it sends gas to the European Union. Biden decided to not forcefully oppose the pipeline as Zelensky had hoped, by sanctioning European companies involved. Ukrainians fear they will become more isolated if Russia has easier access around them to Europe.

  • Zelensky told Axios last week Biden’s decision to let Russia proceed with the pipeline would be a victory for Putin and Moscow.  In a Washington Post Op-Ed, Biden promised to make Ukraine and European security a main topic of his meeting with Putin.

  • Biden sees his presidency as a key moment in world history as democracies square off against autocracies, like China and Russia, where a small group of leaders have consolidated power and crush opposition.   Biden's list of gripes with Russia is very long and includes:Its interference in presidential elections…  The disinformation spread online from there that's meant to create chaos in the US,   The cyber criminals operating from there and threatening US fuel and food supply lines with ransomware demands,  Human rights abuses against opposition leaders,  US citizens detained in Russia.
  • "Strategic stability." Now they’ll be squaring off as opposing leaders, but Biden is, first and foremost, seeking stability, Sullivan told reporters. “ At the end of the day what we are looking to do is for the two Presidents to be able to send a clear signal… to their teams on questions of strategic stability so we can make progress on arms control and other nuclear areas to reduce tension and instability in that aspect of their relationship," Sullivan said.

  • Also, what America stands for. Here's more Sullivan: "And second, being able to look President Putin in the eye and say, 'This is what America's expectations are. This is what America stands for. This is what America's all about.' This we believe is an essential aspect of US-Russian diplomacy because President Putin is a singular kind of personalized leader and having the opportunity to come together at a summit will allow us to manage this relationship and stand up and defend American values most effectively.”

  • Trump's subversion continues. Rep. Liz Cheney, the Wyoming congresswoman stripped of her leadership role by House Republicans, made a provocative point on CNN’s Axe Files podcast.  T-RUMP,she told CNN's David Axelrod, increasingly sounds like the Chinese Communist Party when he questions the US election system.

  • "When he says that our system doesn't work ... when he suggests that it's, you know, incapable of conveying the will of the people, you know, that somehow it's failed -- those are the same things that the Chinese government says about us," Cheney continued. "And and it's very dangerous and damaging ... and it's not true."

Moron The Ghoul  —  New York federal prosecutors investigating Rudy Giuliani have seized material from a wider array of individuals than previously disclosed, including messages from email and iCloud accounts they believe belong to two former Ukrainian government officials, as well as the cell phone and iPad of a pro-Trump Ukrainian businessman, according to a court document unsealed Tuesday.

The court filing, which contained redacted portions that CNN was able to read by copying and pasting them into another document, also disclosed that federal prosecutors have "historical and prospective cell site information" related to Giuliani and another lawyer, Victoria Toensing, both of whom were the subjects of search warrants executed late last month.

The Ukrainians include the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko, the former head of the Ukrainian Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov and businessman Alexander Levin.

The filing, written by an attorney for an indicted former Giuliani ally Lev Parnas, describes a chart in which federal prosecutors described the scope of the materials they sought and seized beginning in late 2019 and continuing through earlier this year.

Though prosecutors had previously indicated that their investigation was expansive and encompassed people beyond Giuliani and Toensing, they hadn't publicly identified the other recipients of subpoenas or subjects of search warrants.

Prosecutors are investigating whether Giuliani violated foreign lobbying laws by operating on behalf of Ukrainian officials when he sought the ouster of the then-US ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, while urging Ukraine to investigate Trump's political rival, then-Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, and his son Hunter

Giuliani has said his activities in Ukraine were done in his capacity as a lawyer for his former client, former President Donald Trump, and that he "never represented a Ukrainian national or official before the United States government."

Prosecutors appear to have pursued material connected to Giuliani's efforts abroad. Lutsenko, whose email account prosecutors targeted, met with Giuliani several times, and several former US State Department officials testified that he was part of a smear campaign against Yovanovich. Lutsenko falsely said that Yovanovich was speaking negatively about Trump and that she gave him a "do not prosecute" list.

The nature of prosecutors' interest in material from Nasirov's email and iCloud accounts and from Levin's iPhone and iPad wasn't immediately clear.

Parnas' lawyer, Joseph Bondy, filed the letter on behalf of attorneys for all of the defendants in Parnas' case, asking a federal judge for a status conference on materials seized by authorities in the searches executed on Giuliani and Toensing in late April, saying the searches produced documents relevant to the case against Parnas, former Giuliani ally Igor Fruman and a third defendant, Andrey Kukushkin. All three have pleaded not guilty.

A spokesman for the Manhattan US Attorney's office declined to comment.

Bondy declined to comment, and Robert Costello, a lawyer for Giuliani, could not immediately be reached for comment. Toensing's lawyer declined to comment.

Bondy wrote that the evidence seized "likely includes e-mail, text, and encrypted communications" between Giuliani, Toensing, former President Donald Trump, former Attorney General Bill Barr, "high-level members of the Justice Department, Presidential impeachment attorneys Jay Sekulow, Jane Raskin and others, Senator Lindsey Graham, Congressman Devin Nunes and others, relating to the timing of the arrest and indictment of the defendants as a means to prevent potential disclosures to Congress in the first impeachment inquiry of then-President Donald. J. Trump."

In prior court filings, prosecutors disclosed they seized 18 electronic devices from Giuliani in late April and had covertly searched his iCloud account in 2019; they also acknowledged they took Toensing's cell phone during the April searches.

Because both Giuliani and Toensing are lawyers, they have been at odds with prosecutors over whether and how authorities may be able to access the material seized from those searches while protecting attorney-client privilege.

Sweaty Rudy Giuliani Suffers Hair Malfunction In Latest Bizarre Press Conference
Trump’s personal lawyer ( After a dozen others thought their reputation was more important  than T-RUMPS money) got out of Dodge) was trying to drum up interest in tales of election rigging – but viewers were drawn to the drama on his head.  Rudy is loosing his hit and a brand of dye he uses somehow di not tell him to rinse the excess off  So his sweat removed it audit dripped down his face.

On 7 November, the day the presidential election was called for Joe Biden, former New York mayor turned T-RUMP attorney Rudy Giuliani addressed the media at a landscaping company between a sex shop and a crematorium on Philadelphia’s industrial fringe.
For two weeks, as the T-RUMP campaign continued to claim without evidence that the election had been stolen, America wondered if Giuliani could possibly ever top that.  On Thursday, he gave it a damned good try.

A day after his claims of massive voter fraud fell flat in a Pennsylvania court room, Giuliani staged another press conference, this time in slightly more salubrious surrounds, at Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington DC. But it did not go well.

First, while claiming Republican poll observers had been kept too far away from ballot counters in Philadelphia, a key Trump claim in a vital state which like others fell to Biden, Giuliani attempted to recite a scene from My Cousin Vinny, an Oscar-winning comedy from 1992.

As Giuliani sweated in front of journalists, streaks of what appeared to be dark hair dye began to run down his face. The internet noticed, of course, and jokes and ridicule spread.

Worse still for the Trump campaign, the audio feed from the press conference suddenly included unknown persons asking “Can they hear us on the stream?” and discussing “Rudy’s hair dye dripping down his face”.

Eventually, the feed was taken down. But Giuliani is nothing if not a trooper for Trump. After mopping back the tarry rivulets, he raised his voice to make his point to the reporters in the room.

“I don’t know what you need to wake you up, to do your job and inform the American people, whether you like it or not, of the things they need to know!” he said. “This is real! It’s not made up! There’s nobody here who engages in fantasies.”

After the former mayor stood back, continuing to mop his forehead, Trump lawyer Sidney Powell took over the offensive.
She claimed to have identified “massive influence of communist money through Venezuela, Cuba and likely China in the interference with our elections here in the United States”.

By that point, the unsubstantiated claim barely seemed bizarre.  It’s all falling apart and soon they too will be a joke, but not a funny harmless one, they have caused severe lingering damage to this country…

CNN Rudy Giuliani details strategy in the car parking lot of Four Seasons Total Landscaping, a suspected mixup with Four Seasons hotel in Philadelphia to plead and lie about
Donald Trump’s increasingly desperate bid to hang on to the White House crossed into abject farce on Saturday, after his campaign staged a purportedly major press conference at a Philadelphia Landscaping Business situated between a crematorium and a porn book store, a sex shop.

On Saturday morning, as T-RUMP played golf and continued to baselessly accuse the Democrats of stealing the election for Joe Biden, the president announced, in a tweet that was subsequently deleted, a    “  Big Press Conference” at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia.   Why did T-RUMP allow this looser to even appear in public, he’s certified as a nutcase. It will be held at Four Seasons Total Landscaping – no relation with the hotel,” it said in a tweet an hour later.

The Trump campaign has not publicly said whether this was, as it would appear, a case of mistaken identity. Either way, the press conference, headlined by Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, went ahead in the car park of the garden centre in what USA Today called an “industrial park”.

The press conference was also notable for Giuliani, describing forthcoming legal challenges to the result, being told by a reporter that Joe Biden had just been declared the winner of the election.   His response: “Don’t be ridiculous.”

Thanks to the Guardian for the shot… The T-RUMP campaign did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment. The landscaping company could not immediately be reached.   However, Four Seasons Total Landscaping did comment on Facebook on Sunday, seemingly seeking to play down any suggestion of partisanship on its behalf.

This man is a frickin f*ck-up who has gone way beyond his years intern of believability, truth and sanity.

In truth he was a spokesman for saving New York, but thats it, it was the great, honest, truthful, courageous, sacrificed, giving, incredible people who saved New York,  he people of New York, the responders, the real hero’s,  and he claims credit for all that.  Bullsh*t… He deserves T-RUMP and the two will go down and not forgotten for nefarious reasons…

Federal Prosecutors To Investigate Rudi Giuliani  —  New York (CNN)With the presidential election fewer than 90 days away, federal prosecutors in New York face a narrowing window in which to take overt steps -- including bring charges -- in their investigation of Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump's personal attorney, and his Soviet-born associates.

Since early last year, prosecutors with the US attorney's office in Manhattan have been investigating Giuliani along with businessmen Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman in connection with their efforts to oust the then-US ambassador to Ukraine and initiate investigations by the country into Trump's Democratic presidential rival Joe Biden and his son Hunter.

In October 2019, prosecutors brought charges against Parnas, Fruman and two other associates, indicting them in an alleged campaign-finance scheme involving donations to a pro-Trump super PAC. They have pleaded not guilty.

The investigation expanded into Giuliani. Prosecutors sent subpoenas to political donors and fundraisers asking about any business dealings they had with the former New York City mayor or his firm Giuliani Partners.

The sprawling investigation into all of the men, however, was upended by the coronavirus pandemic, limiting prosecutors' ability to interview witnesses, collect further evidence, and meet with the grand jury. Now, with the presidential election approaching, prosecutors must decide, if they believe there is evidence of a crime, to bring charges or wait until after the election to avoid a so-called October surprise.

While prosecutors privately indicated as recently as April that they intended to bring additional charges against Parnas and Fruman by the end of July, which CNN has reported, that timeline expired last week. And in recent discussions with at least one defense counsel, prosecutors provided no update on the timing of additional charges, according to a person familiar with the matter.

The investigation received renewed attention in late June when Geoffrey Berman, the former US attorney for Manhattan, was ousted from his post, and public scrutiny centered on whether his dismissal was linked to his office's pursuit of those close to Trump.

Meanwhile, Justice Department guidelines and longstanding practices discourage prosecutors from bringing a politically sensitive case -- such as any that might involve a sitting President's personal attorney -- in close proximity to an election. In New York in recent years, federal prosecutors have charged similarly politically sensitive cases no later than August of an election year.

In Giuliani's case, while he has been under scrutiny for months, he has not had any contact with prosecutors, according to his attorney. That is not uncommon for a target of an investigation but, for a prospective defendant like Giuliani, a former Manhattan US attorney himself, it is likely he would be informed of possible charges and given a chance to make his case to prosecutors before they make a final decision.

"We have had no contact at all, nor do I suspect we'll have any contact with federal prosecutors," Robert Costello, an attorney for Giuliani, told CNN. "We don't have any reason to believe that anybody is really actively looking at Rudolph Giuliani for having done anything wrong, because he hasn't done anything wrong."

A spokesman for the US attorney’s office in Manhattan declined to comment.   Still, the inquiry involving Giuliani, Parnas, Fruman and their associates appears to have remained active in recent months, following some delays due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Prosecutors and FBI agents interviewed multiple witnesses in February and March as the pandemic was taking hold in New York. By April, however, prosecutors asked the judge overseeing the case to postpone the October trial date for Parnas and Fruman until next year. The trial is now set for February 1.

Giuliani is more directly under scrutiny for his efforts to remove the US ambassador to Ukraine, according to people familiar with the investigation, who say a charge could be brought as a violation of foreign lobbying laws. Any charges under that statute, known as the Foreign Agents Registration Act, or FARA, would require the approval of the national security division in Washington, operating under Attorney General William Barr. Berman dismissal

In July, following his dismissal, Berman told lawmakers he was concerned that his removal -- and an initial decision by Barr to replace him with an attorney from outside the office with no prosecutorial experience -- was an effort to disrupt or delay investigations. Berman, who didn't cite specific investigations of concern, was ultimately replaced by his deputy Audrey Strauss, a well-respected attorney. There is no indication that investigations have been impacted.

Even with prosecutors’ continued scrutiny of Giuliani, Parnas and Fruman, however, the clock is ticking toward the presidential election period, when prosecutors are less likely to bring charges.

If they had only let the Sicilian Mafia handle Rudi, ($800,000) with a hit, none of this would be news today

Giuliani’s Anti-Soros Tirade Truths About Anti-Semitism  —  WORDS FROM A FRICKIN IDIOT NOW KNOWN AS “RUDE GHOULI”  — “ Rudy Giuliani:  I’m more of a Jew than George Soros”.  Rudy Giuliani, former New York City mayor and current lawyer for US President Donald T-RUMP  speaks to members of the media during a White House Sports and Fitness Day at the South Lawn of the White House May 30, 2018, in Washington, DC.

As American Jews gathered to celebrate the second night of Hanukkah, news broke of Rudy Giuliani’s anti-Semitic tirade against billionaire philanthropist George Soros.  The remarks, which came during an alcohol-laden interview with New York Magazine, cap off a long, alarming year for anti-Semitism both in the United States and abroad.

Indeed, the most dangerous thing about living at a time of constant stories about anti-Semitism is how quickly the hatred is normalized. Two and a half years ago, chants of “ JEWS WILL NOT REPLACE US” in Charlottesville, Virginia, stunned America; today, anti-semitism is just a part of the news cycle.

Giuliani’s comments are unmistakably anti-semitic, not merely vile but dangerous and we can’t write this off as the inebriated ravings of a single man…  Everything Giuliani said had been repeated, over and over, by President Donald T-RUMP, the Republican Wehrmacht Senators and Congressmen and naturally the Fox News hosts.  Who can’t even spell TRUTH.

The Nazis used this conspiracy to blame Jews for orchestrating Germany’s loss in World War I.  Today’s white terrorists like the Pittsburgh shooter use it to claim Jews are bringing in immigrants to turn America into a white-minority state.

Today's Jewish bogeyman of choice is Soros. And, according to a number of prominent Republicans, Soros is everywhere.  More frickin lies from more frickin GOP Wehrmacht soldiers, the NAZI’s of McConnell…. And we name them… Heil T-RUMP, Hitler only eighty years later….
Jordan, Nunes, Gohmert, McCarthy,  Steve King, NRA Scumbag Wayne Lapierre, Meadows, and the FOX liars Ingraham, Carlson, Hannity and Lou Dobbs,  Lou almost as big a pr*ck as Giuliani…OK just a s big…

We Need To Do Something On A Level With These Accusers  —  Earlier this year Jonathan Greenblatt of the Anti-Defamation League took the unusual step of calling out Fox's role in the proliferation of Soros theories in an NBC op-ed with the blunt headline "Fox News is normalizing anti-Semitism even as violence against Jews surges."

This, then, is the state of the Republican Party as we enter a new decade as well as what will surely be a tense election year: An anti-Semitic theory has been embraced by the President of the United States, members of Congress and the No. 1 conservative cable network.  Our comparisons of T-RUMP to Hitler get closer and closer each day.

This is not simply an obsession with a prominent billionaire. It's no longer a fringe theory. It's not drunken ramblings by the ever-bumbling Giuliani. It is the world’s bloodiest anti-Semitic belief that has now become a tenet and a rallying cry for some of the biggest names in one of the two political parties in the United States.

Stuffed, Buffed, Bluffed, And Bullsh*ting A Storm —  Too bad,  we had hoped the Sicilian Mafia finally collected the bounty on him from years ago…almost 800,000 dollars were offered for his head while he was in the criminal prosecuting office in NY.  Wonder if the Sicilians closed that contract.

We’re learning more about Rudy Giuliani’s effort to dig up dirt on President Donald Trump’s political opponents. When Giuliani associates Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman traveled to Ukraine last winter to gather documents on Joe Biden and his son Hunter, they were accompanied by a former pro golfer named David Correia.  And Congressman Nunes was in on the secret mission in violation of his oath to Congress.

Sources and documents obtained by CNN shed light on the role Correia had in helping them try to make the effort pay off in lucrative business deals.

The three men were indicted in October for illegally funneling foreign money into Republican political circles. But so far, attention has mostly focused on Parnas and Fruman, who have become key characters in the ongoing impeachment saga of President T-RUMP.

The creep “ Rudi Ghouliani” has landed for 2019 with a resounding crash and burn…  It will go down in history as the classic Ukrainian F*ck-up,  orchestrated and ordered by Donald J. T-rump and, carried out by a full fledged illegal lobbyist with no credentials involving threats to foreign countries…

Statements Against Ghouliani  —  “Its great to see all these strong progressive voices stand up to this attempt at a blatantly political smear which in and of itself reflects the urgent need for change and to restore the soul of the country," a Biden campaign official told CNN.

“I just think it is highly unethical for the President’s personal lawyer to go meet with officials from foreign government to see if they can influence somehow the upcoming presidential election,”  Sen. Elizabeth Warren said in Kermit, West Virginia.

O.I.P.  We call him the Official Illegal Pr*ck because all the other personal lawyers have walked off the job in public and frankly we’ve had enough of those lies, and Rudy Giuliani should just back off, the bullsh*t’s too thick.

"It's stunning that the Trump administration is going down the same tragic path they did in 2016. Here you have the President’s lawyer seeking help from a foreign government again to influence a presidential election. It’s just appalling,” House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said Friday.   And his defense that he's not seeking a foreign government's help in the election, just an investigation -- yes, it's an investigation designed to affect one of the candidates they fear the most. I think it’s reprehensible.

Sen. Chris Murphy, who called for a Senate query on Giuliani's proposed trip to Ukraine before it was canceled, tweeted, "I know we've become numb to the corruption of this Administration, but this story should be the total focus of the political class today. The President is openly asking a foreign government to investigate his political rival.   Giuliani coerced to meet with the country’s president-elect to encourage him to pursue two matters of interest to T-RUMP  restarting an investigation into a Ukrainian company linked to Biden’s son, and looking into whether Ukrainians worked with Democrats to prompt the FBI investigation into Trump’s former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort.

As Democrats criticized the trip as politically motivated, Giuliani insisted to CNN earlier Friday that the trip to Ukraine to seek to influence potential investigations would not have been meddling because the 2020 election is still 18 months away. “  I don’t want any favors. I just want this investigated,” Giuliani said. In the sick world of assassination by instigation and accusation thats  all you need, fake accusations count heavy with the diminished braincells of T-RUMPS followers. My question about Rude is, “ Who the F*ck do you think you are? You are not in public office and no credentials other than whats floating in that sick mind and you should meet a rope and hanged a long time ago.

The Justice statement marks the second time that the department has publicly distanced itself from the collateral political damage surrounding Giuliani and his activities at the center of the House’s impeachment inquiry into the President.  On Friday, a senior Justice official disavowed comments by acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney linking a quid pro quo on Ukrainian aid to a Justice investigation.

The only things that stink worse than old dead fish is the words coming from the fish monger telling you its just fine.  Which is why he gets along with T-RUMP so well.  People narcissistic and mentally deficient do get along great with each other.  He should take some time to dig up dirt on himself and T-RUMP if he is really a “ good guy”.

No one needs fake global three year old dirt, especially in the Ukraine, a fairly corrupt dangerous place always in a state of turmoil with Russia.  Giuliani had previously told CNN that a “well-regarded investigator” he’s known for years —  here we go again, more Imaginary people and statements not verified are common amongst liars like Rude and T-RUMP.   More Rudi bullsh*t   —  Nothing coming out of his mouth today is recognized as truth, he is a sick in the head on top of being a narcissistic moron and as bad corrupt as T-RUMP period.

Rudi’s Story By CNN Guest John Phillip  —  (CNN)  Joe Biden’s presidential campaign recently asked TV networks to stop booking Rudy Giuliani as a guest. Good luck with that, wrote John Phillip as The Rudy Show is a hot ticket. It's a mesmerizing, wild-eyed performance that invites an inevitable question: What happened to Rudy? The truth is, nothing happened. The Rudy we see today, with his show stopping mix of conviction and incoherence, is the same Rudy we’ve always had. The only thing new is his predicament.

The eventual fallout from all this will be some version of historic. Until then it’s just plain fascinating.  There was Giuliani's pin balling interview with CNN's Chris Cuomo, in which he denied he'd done Trump's bidding before claiming that of course he had.

There was the spectacle of Trump and Giuliani implicating others in the scheme. Trump suggested that reporters should ask for transcripts of Vice President Mike Pence's call with Ukrainian leaders. Not to be outdone, Giuliani implicated a State Department official, Kurt Volker, by helpfully showing text exchanges between the two men. (Finding himself under a bus, Volker resigned the next day.)   Then Giuliani hit the Sunday shows, in a carousel of contradictions, as he doubled down on his debunked conspiracy theories.

Giuliani's antics, while striking most decent people as utterly insane, will feel sadly familiar to anybody who's watched his career closely. Giuliani, an opera buff, has made his time on the public stage an endless aria of political pettiness, braying self-aggrandizement and ethical and personal turmoil. Only the settings change.

Even 9/11 didn't "transform" Giuliani, as the mythology suggests. It did help his image, sure. New Yorkers had grown well and truly weary of their mayor. He'd become an object of ridicule, prowling the city, wringing his hands, looking for controversy to devour. His response to the disaster, however, was skillful and reassuring.  It went beyond his bang-up job of walking and pointing that multiple news crews captured in the moments after the attack.

In the following days and weeks Giuliani projected a paternal calm that seemed inversely proportional to the anarchy around him. "We're going to rebuild, and we're going to be stronger than we were before," he said. Even his greatest detractors believed him. Oprah Winfrey bestowed on him a title that stuck:  America’s Mayor.  Many added “ stupidest "  in the middle…

He displayed the same proclivities and deficiencies he always had. But in chaos, we interpreted them as assets. His paranoia read as preparedness. His pushiness felt like leadership. His dogmatism became resolve.  Giuliani's poll numbers spiked. So, ever the opportunist, as his mayoral term came to a close, he founded Giuliani Partners, a security and management consulting firm. He galloped around the globe, selling an ungainly suite of services ("Physical Security", "Criminal Justice Reform", "Investigations") to any leader or nation-state that would have him.

But as his name recognition grew, his stature shrank. His 2008 presidential bid ended in a shocking flame-out. And by 2016 his foreign entanglements had become so complex they prevented him, in part, from becoming Trump's Secretary of State. “Rudy's just got so many complications," a transition aide told Politico at the time.

Instead he became Secretary of Shadows. Giuliani now runs sensitive diplomatic missions, not for the United States, but for T-RUMP personally, as the President’s lawyer, his Tom Hagen, a consigliere as in the Godfather only Rudi is the God Faker.

But the trait T-RUMP and Giuliani really have in common is consistency. We can count on Trump to tear up precedent, linguistics and all manner of societal, diplomatic and ethical norms. Giuliani can be counted on, too, to hog the spotlight, ignore the evidence and bend the law.   "He is the same guy ... who did all that aggressive stuff as mayor,"

The context may change, but Giuliani stays the same. He's like the favorite character on a tired sitcom that network execs just can't bring themselves to cancel. How could they, when he’s so much fun to watch?  Many assholes have that talent, it’s part of being absurd.

01/22/2019 - TRUMP TOWER MOSCOW PROJECT  - Another day, another explanation, ( since we counted thats 43)  from Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani about the Trump Tower.   Remember history and heritage.  From France we got the magnificent Statue of liberty, and from Russia we got the CORRUPT T-RUMP TOWER.

On Sunday, Rudi Giuliani said our Liar- in - Chief President Trump’s conversations about a proposed T-RUMP Tower Moscow project went on straight through the 2016 election. This, of course, excuse 43 contradicted the President’s claim during the election that he had no dealings with Russia.

So, on Monday, after a full-blown firestorm ( we call it a shitstorm) erupted over his comments, Giuliani walked it all back, saying he was only speaking and there was no way of determining exactly when the discussions ended because they had no record of it.

Spoken like a true frickin idiot.  The project is a key part of the legal saga facing ex-Trump attorney Michael Cohen. It’s also come up in special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

In Rudi’s case, using the term HYPOTHETICALLY is easily confused with the term HYDRO-THERAPY. Rudi needs help, what he calls hypothetic is really lies and the solution would be a few treatments of Hydro-therapy or commonly known as water boarding and sent to a retirement Gulag in Russia with T-Rump.

Rudi is the he lawyer for T-RUMP who will ruin him with his mouth, his stupid claims and misrepresented lies, the man who took credit for saving NY, and tried to steal the recognition from those who really did do something, the first responders.

And a new statement 01/16/2019 Rudi made about collusion may hurt Donald Trump who was stupid for keeping Rudi in the same state, country, planet, universe he’s located in.

When the most mentally dangerous man in the world has a lawyer who is the most mentally dangerous lawyer in the world get together, its time to explore the other means of disposal of this President.  Like a dual hanging…

Rudi made history when he aided in the downfall of the Mafia Commission Trial, which ran from February 25, 1985, through November 19, 1986.  Giuliani indicted 11 organized crime figures, including the heads of New York’s so-called "Five Families" under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) on charges including extortion, labor racketeering, and murder for hire.

Giuliani’s stated intention: "Our approach is to wipe out the five families." Gambino crime family boss Paul Castellano evaded conviction when he and his underboss, Thomas Bilotti, were murdered on the streets of Midtown Manhattan on December 16, 1985.

According to an FBI memo revealed in 2007, leaders of the Five Families voted in late 1986 on whether to issue a contract for Giuliani’s death.  Heads of the Lucchese, Bonanno, and Genovese families rejected the idea, at the time, though Colombo and Gambino leaders, Carmine Persico and John Gotti, encouraged assassination.

As late as in 2014, it was revealed by former Sicilian Mafia member and informant, Rosario Naimo, that Salvatore Riina, a notorious Sicilian Mafia leader, had ordered a murder contract on Giuliani during the mid-1980s.  Hopefully it expired, but I have been told no such thing only the contractor can call it of… who knows, does Rudy sleep at night. ...

Riina allegedly was suspicious of Giuliani’s efforts prosecuting the American Mafia and was worried that he might have spoken with Italian anti-mafia prosecutors and politicians, including Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino, who were both murdered in 1992 in separate car bombings.  According to Giuliani, the Sicilian Mafia offered $800,000 for his death during his first year as mayor of New York in 1994.  (Lot of money in 1994, most hits were strictly business and under ten thousand dollars, it theoretically is worth double by now as no official notice of it being withdrawn.)

Surprising as it was known that T-RUMP had contacts within the Mafia and union settlements on his projects in NY.  But thats another story and a lifetime when the Southern District explores Trumps manipulations and crookery, like fake bankruptcies as business tactics.

At that time Jared Kushner’s father was indicted by Chris Cristie another liar on the Trump team who is cautiously staying away from TRUMP at this time.  He has enough of his own bad press. He has a new book out.

Some kind of amazing grace as Rudy is still alive, missing half his marbles and the limelight.  But missed opportunities by the boys, I hope he doesn’t plan any trips to Sicily…  they have long memories, really long memories.

Rudy Giuliani, has said that dealing with Mob bosses was "very, very exciting." And, by the way, he has been on not one, but two Mafia hit lists, he says.  "You know, they threatened to kill me twice," Giuliani said. “ Then I was first starting they put out an $800,000 contract to kill me, the Sicilian mafia did.

"And then I was US Attorney for five and a half years. I was at the very end, just about to leave, and Carmine Persico (de-facto boss of the Colombo crime family, currently serving life imprisonment) put out a contract for only $400,000 to kill me.  Persico was also known as  ‘The Snake”  and killed many of his co-workers to achieve his rank of Boss.

"Come on, five and a half years of work and my value gets cut in half?" Giuliani quips at the falling price of the bounty on his head.

We well know it is not fact that the mob does not kill law enforcement officials.  Recent history is littered with examples. Joel “  Joe Waverly” Cacace was acting head of the Colombo crime family. He won't see daylight again, convicted of numerous crimes, including murders.

On Dec. 18, 2008, Cacace was charged with ordering the 1997 murder of NYPD officer Ralph Dols on Aug. 25, 1997, because the Latino cop had had the temerity to marry Joe Waverly's ex-wife.  And lending at least some credence to Giuliani's story, in early 1987, imprisoned Colombo boss Persico ordered Cacace to kill William Aronwald, a federal prosecutor. Persico believed that Aronwald, who had helped prosecute Persico, had been disrespectful to him.

On March 20, 1987, hit men sent by Cacace for Persico shot and killed Aronwald, only the wrong one: They killed William's father, a lawyer in his own right, in a case of mistaken identity.

Now, it would seem quite possible that the Mafia may have gone after Giuliani when he was a nobody, but when he became the famous mob buster in the Dewey tradition, there was a lot of light on him. Still, Junior may have been crazy enough to propose taking Rudy out. He tried to take out another prosecutor -- why not Giuliani? What did Junior really have to lose, serving a life sentence, anyway?

Giuliani is certainly a prosecutor that many a mob boss no doubt would have liked to have taken out. In the Mafia Commission Trial (Feb. 25, 1985–Nov. 19, 1986), Giuliani indicted 11 organized crime figures, including the heads of New York's Five Families, under the RICO act. Time magazine called this "Case of Cases" possibly "the most significant assault on the infrastructure of organized crime since the high command of the Chicago Mafia was swept away in 1943," and quoted Giuliani's stated intention: "Our approach is to wipe out the five families."

Eight defendants were found guilty on all counts and subsequently sentenced on Jan. 13, 1987, to hundreds of years of prison time.  Such infamous mob figures as Tony Ducks, Fat Tony and, of course, Persico felt the brunt of the prison time, though the first two died relatively soon and Persico died in his cell at 85.

Gambino boss Paul Castellano would’ve joined them had not an ambitious capo named John Gotti staged a power coup, resulting in Paul’s death on a midtown Manhattan sidewalk. Maybe Gotti did him a favor.

Former mob associate Sonny Girard is not totally buying Giuliani’s story -- and he has a more creditable opinion than me or any pundit for that matter.  "I don't believe for a second that Junior had a 'serious' hit on him; maybe a little mouthing off and blowing off some steam, but that's it," says Girard, who operates the website Sonny's Mob Social Club, which is worth a visit. He is also a published author and he sells his novels from the site.

He adds, "The Italian immigrants are another story. They have a tradition of murdering those law enforcement people who give them a hard time. Prime examples are the assassinations of Sicilian prosecutors Paolo Borsellino and Giovanni Falcone

Rudi just can’t resist the lime light.  Even cross-dressing on occasion.  Ru Paul thinks he uses too much rouge… But his attempt at being a Drag Queen did get noticed.  Some thought he should be tied behind a HumVee and dragged across the Nevada Desert over the cactus….

ERRATA  - Hows this for a segway?  Its what you don’t know... Did you know that some of the Goodfellows of the Mediterranean are involved in Olive oil.  A large portion of the clan went legitimate and doing quite well.

They are literally just killing the competition.

Simple gross sales per year of the precious olive oil are a sixteen (16) Billion dollar a year Business.

The movie, “ The Godfather” emphasized the relationship as Vito Corleone the Godfather in the movie trilogy of the same name, started in the beginning with an Olive Oil business.

For the really good olive oil you will have to pay for it.  I use a specific brand ( Segesta, I learned about it on a cruise, when I was interviewing the Head Chef for this magnificent ship for a story  —  and he had to feed 2000 picky people,  he gave me a bottle and I have been hooked since never finding anything I enjoyed so much.   I order it all the way from California and it was my House Secret,  a real taste of incredible Olive oil for salads and Genovese Basil style Pesto.  Then under spice of the world topics, then olive oil.  It will open your eyes and palate.  And where to order the good stuff.

Also in that article for cooking I use several, good genuine olive oils and mix with Canola oil.   Why? Why the segway to Olive oil?   Because the 16 billion dollar a year olive oil business is as corrupt in it’s marketing as our government.

You want the truth, you can’t handle the truth.  Most of so called virgin oils are blends of first pressings if even that and so-called light oils are cheap throw out blends with flowery fake flavor added.  And only careful investigations have tried to clean up the lies and bullsh*t when celebrity chefs put their name on things.

SEE FOR THE ENTIRE OIL STORY.  Like politics, you have to look for the truth…even if its greasy and if anything in this world is greasy it’s the entire T-RUMP team.
