BURGERS AND CORRUPTION

McDonalds

Barely Makes Mediocre, Bad management, Gimmicks And Bullsh*T,

Why Not Better Food?

A STRATEGY REPORT ON A LOSER COMPANY

THE DREAMERS  —  CORPORATE MASTER-BAITERS and JERK-OFF IDEAS

Loser: Now Record Labels — Rapper Travis Scott is about to become the first celebrity to have their name on McDonald’s menu since Michael Jordan’s "McJordan" nearly 30 years ago.  The Grammy Award-nominee loves McDonald's Quarter Pounders with Cheese so much the company decided to name the burgers after him -- for a limited time.  It will be called the Travis Scott Meal. Just another blunder in thunder by Marketing genius’s striving for gold and making lead, alchemy doesn’t work.  Better food, more value, intelligent help does!

Scott’s version of the Quarter Pounder adds bacon and lettuce to the burger along with a Sprite, a side of fries and BBQ dipping sauce, which McDonald’s said was the rapper's favorite meal growing up in his native Houston.   "Everyone has a favorite McDonald's meal, no matter who you are," McDonald's U.S. Chief Marketing Officer Morgan Flatley said in a written statement.

SiDEBAR:  Where did they find this idiot thinking by Morgan Flatley and what kind of BS does this guy smoke?  Like 90% of us rarely give a darn about your promo, we want better quality food, decent portions, training, paying your poor underpaid help  might be a better solution… and eliminate turnover, which is faster than a fifty bed house of ill-repute.  Hanging a couple of your crooked execs might be a solution.  OK you got your CEO with his hands on your young female help, that was a good step.

The Company Is Fighting Back  —  Years ago McDonald’s was in crisis mode closing no less than 900 restaurants that year.  The news comes after the Golden Arches reported a $400 million profit loss for the first three months of the year.

  • McDonald’s has struggled for some time with falling sales and dwindling customers.  Junk processed food, idiot playgrounds with screaming kids and the space could have been better utilized.   It doesn’t bring lunchtime workers looking for a place to eat , quiet and restorative.
  • Same-store sales slipped 1.5 percent during the most recent fiscal quarter, and the company is having a tough time appealing to millennials with a dated menu, The reason Most people simply don’t think of McDonald’s as a healthy place to eat, despite its efforts to offer more menu choices,” but more of the same choices so it means nothing, these people in command are morons.
  • McDonalds Now Has “100 Percent Beef”  In It’s Patties…Holy Crap !   Great!  How generous of them!   If I wanted gerbils, reef shark, capybara, or python, I'm sure they would tell us.   Unfortunately they won’t tell you what parts and percentages.  They’ll tell you (claim the uncooked patty is four ounces = 1/4 pound) but not the fat to protein content.  70/30, 80/20 most likely 73/27.
  • It's beef, and they don't discriminate, you probably are getting a very large percentage of the cow.  Larger than you really wanted and parts you might not care for, from many cows all DNA is the same right?  and more excitement with Experimenting with an all-day breakfast menu. ( Do these weak-minded lock stepping execs think that is significant)

LEGAL BEAGLE DEPARTMENT

A VERY LARGE EMBARRASSMENT FOR McDONALD’S

AND FRIENDS - MAJOR EXECUTIVE F*CK-UP

Complaints  — Employees Rebel Against Mickey Dee:

  • Announcing a pay hike for restaurant workers.  That 50 cents an hour will really go far…  A living wage is definitely something worth while. Unfortunately for McDonald’s, their inability to change with the times—like say 20 years ago—may be a rubicon crossed.
  • For the third time in three years, McDonald’s Corp. is facing allegations of rampant sexual harassment of female employees by male coworkers and managers.
  • Twenty-three new complaints against McDonald's — 20 of which were filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission — were announced Tuesday by the American Civil Liberties Union,  The Combined Labor Group Fight for $15 an Hour, and the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund.
  • Three of the complaints were filed as civil rights lawsuits, and two suits stemmed from previous allegations.
  • The complaints of gender-based discrimination and sexual harassment of low-wage workers include inappropriate touching, indecent exposure, lewd comments and requests for sex, as well as retaliation for reporting such conduct. The incidents are alleged to have occurred at corporate and franchise stores in 20 cities.

PART ONE  —The Banished CEO Steve Esterbrook Replied About Complaints —

A spokeswoman for McDonald's declined to comment on the EEOC filings.   But the company’s CEO Steve Easterbrook said in a May 19, 2019, letter that —      “ McDonald’s is committed to ensuring a harassment and bias-free workplace.”

“By strengthening our overall policy, creating interactive training, a third-party managed anonymous hotline and importantly, listening to employees across the system, McDonald's is sending a clear message that we are committed to creating and sustaining a culture of trust where employees feel safe, valued and respected," Easterbrook wrote.

He said that posters defining the company’s anti-harassment policy have been sent “ To all 14,000 restaurants in the McDonald’s system.”   Easterbrook’s letter was addressed to author and actress Padma Lakshmi, who attended a rally in support of the complainants in front of McDonald’s headquarters in Chicago on Tuesday.

GUESS WHO — Got caught with his hands and camera on the Employees?

  • Critics say the fast-food giant has made promises of reforms before. The EEOC filings are “  The third and largest round of EEOC complaints that workers have filed against McDonald’s in the last three years," according to The New York Times.
  • In September 2018, McDonald’s employees staged a one-day strike in 10 cities to protest sexual harassment in the workplace.
  • Sexual harassment in the restaurant industry is common, according to a 2016 survey that found that 40% of female fast food workers said they felt forced to accept that behavior or risk losing their jobs.
  • The vast majority of those who experience sexual harassment — an estimated 87% to 94% — never file a formal legal complaint, according to a study by the National Women's Law Center. Despite that, in 2016, nearly 7,000 sexual harassment complaints were filed with the EEOC.
  • Advocates say they hope the complaints brought against McDonald’s, one of the most globally recognized brands, will “be a catalyst for significant change."
  • But in twist of fate for Steve Esterbrook, things suddenly went bad , very bad…

PART TWO —The  “Corpo Guano Dorks” The Executive Team  —

  • These Corpo-Guano bean counters executives who get the big money the help should get…
  • They rarely eat at their own restaurants at McDonalds, will do anything for first place, and are pushing Burger King and Wendy’s for the worst position.
  • The bulk of this page is about McDonalds, with similar experiences and in some cases worse experiences have taken place at Burger King and Wendy’s.
  • My advice to them is an overthrow of the Kingdom, grab the King and hang him side by side with the Clown, then get the little Wendy Bitch and burn her at the Stake.  Now you can start over by getting rid….of your CEO

The President of Mickey Dee  —  Steve Esterbrook Obviously did stuff his personal feelings and body parts into a relationship with employee's and the board of Mickey Dee found out and fired him… soon after he made his speech in that letter  —  For him the movie “ An Affair to Remember” he will want to forget.

Their policy is fool with the meat, Don’t Beat Your Meat On The Workers… Bad enough Ronald is bad enough with an image like a gay weird caballero but this creep became the president.  Read On…

He Made A Great Speech But He Was One Of The Guilty… And He Was Fired —

  • Eight months had passed since McDonald’s fired its chief executive, Steve Easterbrook, for sexting with a subordinate.
( More came forth during the lawsuit) ) Mr. Easterbrook had apologized and walked away with tens of millions in compensation, and the fast-food chain had moved on under a new chief executive.
  • Then, a McDonald’s employee made a fresh allegation: Mr. Easterbrook had a sexual relationship with another subordinate while he was running the company. Oh-Oh…  The lawsuit, filed in state court in Delaware, claims that Mr. Easterbrook actually carried on sexual relationships with three McDonald’s employees in the year before his ouster and that he awarded a lucrative batch of shares to one of those employees to keep quiet —  That was his downfall.

Former McDonald’s C.E.O. SCUMBAG Repays Company $105 Million  —

The settlement with Steve Easterbrook, who was ousted in 2019 for an inappropriate relationship, is one of the largest ever clawbacks of executive compensation. The agreement with Steve Easterbrook will end a contentious legal battle.
Dec. 16, 2021  The former McDonald’s chief executive Steve Easterbrook, who was ousted by the company in 2019 for having an inappropriate relationship with a subordinate, has returned $105 million in cash and stock to the company. i

Mr. Easterbrook has been engaged in a contentious battle with McDonald’s for the past year, after the company sued him for lying to investigators at the time of his dismissal. As part of the deal announced on Thursday, McDonald’s agreed to drop its lawsuit against Mr. Easterbrook.

In a message to employees, Enrique Hernandez Jr., the McDonald’s chairman, said that the company wanted to hold Mr. Easterbrook “accountable for his lies and misconduct, including the way in which he exploited his position as C.E.O.,” and that this settlement achieved that goal.

Mr. Easterbrook was fired in 2019 after he engaged in a consensual relationship with an employee in violation of company policy, eventually setting off an unusually acrimonious fight between a wealthy executive and one of the country’s most prominent companies.

At the time of his dismissal, the McDonald’s board determined that Mr. Easterbrook had “demonstrated poor judgment,” but decided not to fire him “for cause” — that is, for being dishonest or committing a criminal act. That decision, the board hoped, would avoid a lengthy legal dispute. It also allowed Mr. Easterbrook to walk away with a compensation package worth more than $40 million. .

But according to the company’s lawsuit against Mr. Easterbrook, his contract contained a provision that would let McDonald’s recoup severance payments if it later determined the employee should have been fired for cause.

That clause became relevant in 2020, when a McDonald’s employee said that Mr. Easterbrook had a sexual relationship with another subordinate while he was chief executive. The new accusation spurred another investigation of Mr. Easterbrook’s records, and prompted the company to sue him last year, accusing its former chief of lying, concealing evidence and fraud.

During its investigation into the second accusation, McDonald’s said it found “dozens of nude, partially nude or sexually explicit photographs and videos of various women, including photographs of these company employees, that Easterbrook had sent as attachments to messages from his company email account to his personal email account.”

The company also revealed that Mr. Easterbrook had awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of stock to one of the women with whom he was having a sexual relationship. In its lawsuit, McDonald’s said that its former chief had lied to investigators in the initial inquiry, and that if he had “been candid with McDonald’s investigators and not concealed evidence, McDonald’s would have known that it had legal cause to terminate him in 2019.”

Mr. Easterbrook initially decided to fight the lawsuit, and his lawyers filed a motion to dismiss, calling it “meritless and misleading.”

During his time as chief executive, Mr. Easterbrook sold more than $64 million in stock; when he departed in 2019, the value of the stock and options he had been awarded was worth $41 million. But as McDonald’s stock has soared to $264 a share from $193 in 2019, the value of those stock and options has grown to $89 million, according to the executive compensation consulting firm Equilar. It is not clear whether Mr. Easterbrook sold any of his shares after he left the company.

Nonetheless, with his agreement to return the huge sum of cash and stock to the company, Mr. Easterbrook has effectively conceded what was shaping up to be a long and costly legal battle. Mr. Easterbrook apologized in a statement released by the company.

“During my tenure as C.E.O., I failed at times to uphold McDonald’s values and fulfill certain of my responsibilities as a leader of the company,” he said. “I apologize to my former co-workers, the board and the company’s franchisees and suppliers for doing so.”

Under Mr. Easterbrook’s successor, Chris Kempczinski, McDonald’s has emerged as a clear winner during the pandemic the past two years. Thanks to a combination of increased drive-through business; a robust push of its mobile app and loyalty programs; and meal collaborations with various celebrities and groups, including the K-pop sensation BTS, revenues at McDonald’s are on track to top $23 billion this year, the highest level in five years.

Earlier this year, Mr. Kempczinski defended the board’s handling of Mr. Easterbrook’s firing. “I thought they handled it as best as they could,” he said.

Still, despite the company’s financial gains, a new training program for its restaurants and efforts to improve diversity and inclusion, some critics say not enough has been done to fix other problems that run deep in McDonald’s culture. The fast-food giant has faced myriad lawsuits and claims in recent years, some involving allegations of sexual harassment and others around racial discrimination.

SUGGESTIONS WITH TOP MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS —

I read your announcements that McDonald’s Public Relations Department has announced they will be more upscale and a new menu.  They have claimed this before.  I have suggestions for them. Your execs remind me of  “ One Flew Over the Cookoo's nest”

1— We have heard this before,  when you announced the buns will toast thirty-seconds more.  This must be some kind of no-cost revelations?  You must think your customers are morons.  Yes, thats very possible, but you control the process and it stinks.   If you want to improve McDonalds why not try something unique for your company.  Put meat on the bun.

2—  Find real people with real food talent and not lab rats, you will have to pay them and fire those food engineering designers like yourself as a bunch of incompetent selfish putz’s who care less about real food.  Lastly, hire real chefs who know food engineering with good domestic qualities and not lab juice, and put some frickin meat on the bun, drop the chemical cooking.  You don’t need forty million dollar pervert execs.  You need good people and a hint…they work for less.

3—  Pay your people so they care and create a dress code for employees so they look human, Hairnets, dreadlocks, sunglasses, big mouths, screaming at workers, lack of communication and culture.  It’s called training and a standard people believe in.  It’s called a decent paycheck.  And that why you can’t keep help.

4—  Drop the Clown after Retiring him — It’s time he retired and you get into the restaurant business Clowns scare some kids, Fear of Clowns Phobia – Coulrophobia. The word Coulrophobia means a persistent and irrational fear of clowns. It possibly originates from Greek Kolon meaning stilt or stilt-walkers which are often used by clowns.

  • Get rid of the kids playgrounds get better seating with health ( COVID ) distance in check and get into the food business. Screaming kids at lunchtime do not make a nice place to eat for adults, you use the children as bait, it stinks and nothing but bribery.  Make insides a nice food court.

  • Screaming kids being brainwashed into bad food and bad food habits is a crime.  This playpens are open to lawsuit one day, they serve no purpose and are a liability in space.  Better seating, better food,  and less pressure on drive thru's will make you more money.  Those inside make better tickets than drive throughs.

5— Parents pay little attention to their screamers they are used to it — Other customers do — Or change nothing let them go play, eat crap and watch your kids grow up to be unsuccessful, diabetic and obese.   In many cases just like their parents…sad and too lazy to make a kid a good meal.

6—  This is the bottom line, your food basically is synthetic looking and tasting, it sucks, overpriced and not for people who care what they stuff in their mouth.

7—  It will never go back to what it was so the answer is improve interiors, dump the useless image, get serius about quality food , open up the cooking area ans show people what a good chain is like.

WHY I DO NOT FREQUENT MCDONALDS

FAMOUS McDONALDS FOOD-PAHS (LIES) DIRECT FROM THEIR

CORPO-GUANO LAB AND ITS BEST PR LIES AND FALSEHOODS

 🐂   The Big Mac

After all who can’t forget the Big Mac: “Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame-seed bun”.  Great jingle, morons loved it  —  idiots ate it —  jerks sang it —

Number one hit song at the Institute for Cranial-Rectal Disorders in Jacksonville Florida and really should have been the background music for Sylvester Stallone's "Demolition Man".

We changed it to “ Two undersized pre-cooked dollops of 73/27 grade meat from 100 cows containing parts we can’t mention slopped with Fake French dressing made from catsup, relish and mayonnaise, stale lettuce, synthetic cheese, a pickle, two flakes of onion, on a commercial no-taste bun”.  Please sing along --

🐂   Frickin Chompin In The Chicken

Powerful corporations rarely get challenged. And who really cares what they say about the Chicken Sandwich you just ordered and got it still cold from the chiller.  It happened to me two nights ago at a McDonalds, third time we found it undercooked and this time I let the manager have it with both barrels and threatened to call the Kitchen Police.

Witness -  The man was going to cry…the managers didn’t cry, they apologized.  His  kid wiped his tears and went to change his diaper.  This is the second time the Chicken sandwich was bad.

Last time, I ordered one  it wasn't even hot.  Upon searching the web it seems many others have complained about uncooked chicken food.

Thats bad period, I don’t care how long it takes, cook the frickin food you idiot. The red zone was literally raw.   I have a digital thermometer and it tells me what temp the served food is at.  The picture is one I got, the red area was raw, the bread falling apart, obviously microwaved to death.

All these places went downhill even with the advent of the biggest profit maker in the store, the drive through.  COVID did that, not the quality of the Corp Guano they serve.

Lazy buyers eat anything in the course of time constraints. And thats puts stress on the cooks to get the stuff out, barely cooked.  And the guy eating it is driving so when the dripping mayo falls in his lap, a chance of an accident. Remember when the super-hot coffee in the lap cost McDonalds.

How much money did Mrs Liebeck actually receive?  The jury awarded Liebeck $200,000 in compensatory damages -- reduced to $160,000 because the jury found her 20 percent at fault — and $2.7 million in punitive damages for McDonald's callous conduct. (To put this in perspective, McDonald's revenue from coffee sales alone is in excess of $1.3 million a day.)

🐂   MCDONALDS HAS PROMISED TO FIX THEIR CHICKEN 🐔 AND FAKE RIBS  —  Thus in a splendid campaign McDonalds is redoing Chicken.  No more drugs, no more low bids, no more bird flu…no more dead birds — oops Chicken prices have gone up due to “bad birds”  and that will reflect in higher prices and hopefully better suppliers.  —  You cannot find anything that is remotely healthy in the Chicken Sandwiches, we buy them and dissect them.  Even the lettuce is treated. Nor are things what they appear to be.  Maybe fake food is the real term for that stuff.

MCRIBS ARE PROCESSED PORK ENDINGS

GLUED AND MOLDED

🐂   THE MCRIBS ARE NOT RIBS BUT —  processed ground pork molded to look like ribs.  Same for the Chicken, perfect for the current president Donald T-RUMP,  a fake President who loves fake food and the president of McDonalds just like T-RUMP didled ( sexually) with the help.   Fake meat, and engagement with employees, what a pair. Both Presidents…
The prep time for foods in these industries is extremely fast, because of the drive in windows, so they are molded foods, some pre-cooked, the “ Meat patties" are thin and hot grilled.   Fast food is and has the same letters as 'fats" food.  Fast food is not great, nor healthy food, high fat content so as not to stick to grills and retain flavor.  Fries are precooked somewhere out west and finish cooked in the 375 hot oil to color them and crisp the outside.

THE WEEK MAGAZINE REPORTS - NOV 7, 2011 - 2018  —  McRib controversy: The pork supplier’s 'hellish' methods and will fans of McDonalds' saucy sandwich still be loving it after the Humane Society's disturbing allegations?   Hogs in the holding pen of the Smithfield Hams factory, which is the pork supplier for McDonald's McRib is facing scrutiny for inhumane farming methods.  Bad news for fans of the infamous McRib:

The Humane Society filed a legal complaint against Virginia-based Smithfield Foods, which supplies the pork for McDonald's sandwich.  The Humane Society is accusing the food suppliers of "misleading its consumers," notably through a series of PR-friendly videos called "Taking the Mystery out of Pork Production." What did the investigation find?

  • The undercover operation’s report alleges that "Smithfield pigs were living in hellish conditions where basic needs were systematically unmet," says James McWilliams at The Atlantic.
  • Female pigs were crammed “into gestation crates, preventing movement for most of their lives."
  • These crates were allegedly “coated in blood from the mouths of pigs chewing the metal bars....
  • Other offenses: Sick pig was shot in the head with a captive bolt gun and thrown into a dumpster while still alive
  • Prematurely born piglets routinely fell through the gate’s slats into a manure pit.
  • Employees tossed baby pigs into carts as if they were stuffed animals.

  — TRUTH ABOUT THE McRIB—

Credits and research to Meredith Melnick at Time magazine. comments by Chef Al,  info by Whet Mosler, Chicago magazine and others.  upper GI series by dr. Kazinsky and Associates…   This McDonald’s McRib sandwich used to be a favorite of mine before I knew what was in it  —

Now I classify it alongside their undercooked Frickin Chicken Sandwich, and McFuggets, another processed ingredient laden concoction direct from McDonald labs which recently upgraded to “ All white meat”.  It is in direct competition with “ Dumpster Dinning”.    it does not say breast meat, it says white meat.

The McRib is reportedly made of “ Restructured meat products” flour-bleaching agent and a chemical binding process which used to make the soles of shoes. To me ROADKILL is a “Restructured meat product"  and again it is being offered at all their stores.

McDonalds' McRibs do have a certain popularity as they only offer it at certain times of the year.  Usually Holiday times as the availability of certain pig end products and by-products may be abundant.  It’s Ham cooking time and plenty of ham parts available.  And grinders go bad when not being ground with fatty self lubricating slick meat.

The basis of the sandwich is a pork patty, sloshed in barbecue sweet sauce, mixed with sautéed onions and a few pickle slices for the vinegar taste, and served on a plain Hoagie style bun after being glued together into a rib looking piece of meat, and being pressed into shape to look like a rib.   Want Great taste.  See my recipe for McJacobs Ribs.

McRib Pork Patty:  Pork, water, salt, dextrose, preservatives (citric acid, BHA, TBHQ). Note it says pork, what parts of pork or do they have the oversized NINJA processor and throw the whole pig in?

McRib Sauce:  , high fructose corn syrup, tomato paste, distilled vinegar, molasses, natural smoke flavor (plant source), food starch-modified, salt, sugar, spices, soybean oil, xanthan gum, onion powder, garlic powder, chili pepper, sodium benzoate (preservative), caramel color, beet powder.

McRib Bun:  CONTAINS: WHEAT AND SOY for those with gluten wheat allergies.  Enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yeast, high fructose corn syrup, contains 2% or less of the following: salt, corn meal, wheat gluten, soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oils, dextrose, sugar, malted barley flour, cultured wheat flour, calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, soy flour, dough conditioners (sodium stearoyl lactylate, datem, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, monocalcium phosphate, enzymes, guar gum, calcium peroxide), calcium propionate (preservative), soy lecithin.

But the truth is, there are roughly 70 ingredients like azodicarbonamide — "a flour-bleaching agent most commonly used in the manufacturing of foamed plastics like gym mats and soles of shoes."   Probably pig parts like shoulders, less expensive cuts, innards and plenty of salt.

Typically, "restructured meat product" includes pig bits like tripe, heart, and scalded stomach, citing a 1995 article by Robert Mandigo, a professor at the University of Nebraska. These parts are cooked and blended with salt and water to extract salt-soluble proteins, which act as a “glue" that helps bind the reshaped meat together.

THEY BEAT THEIR OWN MEAT AT MICKY DEE

🐂   Advertising - Angus Beef Bullshit - Scam — Q: What is Angus beef?  It’s not, what they are proclaiming.   Instead, Angus beef is the meat from the breed known and bred as Angus cattle, the most popular herd distinction in the country  It's all promo “  BULLSH*T" . Using a breed most common as an advertising gimmick.

The big lie,  is that this is the largest group of beef cattle and nothing exceptional. It is simply
“ The most popular breed of cattle in the US”
and they are known for their adaptability,  grow anywhere, they “mature at around two years of age, and have a high carcass yield with marbled meat”.

🐂  TRUTH TIME —

The REAL Angus Beef Carries A Certified Label —  The farmers and ranchers behind the Certified Angus Beef ® brand are dedicated to delivering the very best Angus beef, including premium and natural product options, to meet each customer’s expectations.   No matter which you choose, you’ll enjoy premium Angus beef that meets 10 standards. Our logo is your sign that it’s truly a cut above.  This is not what McDonalds buys.

This is a whole new ballgame.   Fact: Owned by the American Angus Association, whose mission is to “increase demand for registered Angus cattle through a specification-based, branded beef program to identify consistent, high quality beef with superior taste.”   CAB monitors meat, and gives their special stamp of approval to that which exceeds 10 stringent, self-determined criteria. According to them from their website “only 8 percent of beef makes the grade.”  that not the Angus going into that quarter pounder.

Now, every crummy supermarket and two-bit fast food joint can market Angus Beef, and consumers assume it’s the good stuff.  It’s been wonderful for cattlemen, who’ve taken some PR hits in recent years.  “Since its origin in 1978, our company has established an extremely positive reputation for the brand.

Subsequently, this has led to imitators in other Angus programs. Many have specifications below our ‘modest or higher’ marbling level, and most do not monitor product use and promotion in restaurants and grocery stores as we do. Unfortunately, the growing number of Angus brands creates confusion among consumers and producers alike.”

Screen Shot 2022-04-12 at 7.17.40 AM

THE CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF ® BRAND — It’s our traditional product, but compared to other “Angus” beef, there’s nothing traditional about it. It adheres to the brand’s 10 quality standards that only 3 in 10 Angus cattle meet, making it the very best Angus beef available.

CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF ® BRAND PRIME  —  To the true beef aficionado, only the very best delivers an experience that satisfies their exclusive tastes. Certified Angus Beef ® brand Prime is the very best of the best, meeting nine more standards than USDA Prime does. It’s exceptional Angus beef, to be enjoyed without reservation or compromise.

CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF ® BRAND NATURAL  —  In addition to our already stringent 10 quality standards, Certified Angus Beef ® brand Natural also must be from cattle fed a vegetarian diet, and never given antibiotics nor hormones. It’s simply natural, simply delicious beef.

Anything else with claims might be imported lesser quality beef McDonald used for years and treated it with chemistry. That beef was slated for grinders and mixed with corn etc. for dog food before treatment with chemistry.

🐂   HEALTH DIGEST - DOG FOOD TECHNIQUES USED UNTIL 2011  —  Hamburger guru, school chef,  known allover the planet chef Jamie Oliver  won a battle against one of the largest fast food chains in the world. After Oliver showed how McDonald’s hamburgers are made, the franchise announced it will change its recipe.

According to Oliver, the fatty parts of beef are “ Washed” in ammonium hydroxide and used in the filling of the burger. Before this process, according to the presenter, the food was deemed unfit for human consumption.  This was done in 2011.   According to the chef and presenter, Jamie Oliver, who has undertaken a war against the fast food industry: “Basically, we’re taking a product that would be sold in the cheapest way for dogs, and after this process, is being given to human beings.”    Besides the low quality of the meat, the ammonium hydroxide is harmful to health. Oliver calls it “the pink slime process.”  “Why would any sensible human being put meat filled with ammonia in the mouths of their children?” asked the chef, who wages a war against the fast food industry for it’s chemicalization of food.

🐂  THERE IS ALSO CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF FROM THE ANGUS CONSORTIUM  —

Correct.   While Angus beef does seem to be tenderer, many feel the flavor isn’t that much different from regular beef. One NPR expert says, “Trained experts can taste the difference … But if you go to a USDA Choice piece of meat that has the right kind of marbling, they’re all going to be just about the same.”  Why has it only hit the big time in the last few years?  Marketing and consumer demand, man.

I have bought their so-called Angus Beef at Sam’s Club and on two occasions it was a joke and the meat was terrible, either the butcher or the cow that dropped dead on the receiving line at the plant was not being honest.   McDonalds then sends the beef to the scientists and it’s so good we treat it with the following.  The chemical end of the business is McDonalds, better food through science and bean counters.

🐂  MCDONALDS ANGUS SEASONING  —  Salt, sugar, onion powder, natural (botanical source) and artificial flavors, maltodextrin, natural beef flavor [beef broth, yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, lactic acid, natural flavor (plant source), beef fat, citric acid], spice, dextrose, autolyzed yeast extract, garlic powder, dried beef extract, sunflower oil, caramel color, Worcestershire sauce powder [distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel color, garlic powder, sugar, spices, tamarind, natural flavor (fruit source)], spice extractives, annatto and turmeric (color), calcium silicate and soybean oil added to prevent caking.

🐂   CORPORATE BULLSH*T —  On the official website of McDonald’s, the company claims that their meat is cheap because, while serving many people every day, they are able to buy from their suppliers at a lower price, and offer the best quality products.    The old volume lie — WORKER —  Boss, we are loosing 15% on every widget we sell! BOSS— Don’t worry we’ll make it up in volume —

In addition, the franchise denied that the decision to change the recipe is related to Jamie Oliver’s campaign.   On the site, McDonald’s have admitted that they have abandoned the beef filler from its burger patties.  More corpo-guano bullshit.  They even lie about the published truth and possibly harmed people with that ingredient.

Not Real Chicken McNuggets

McDonalds Has Pure Science — Chicken Glue In It’s McNuggets  —

Chicken McNuggets® are White boneless chicken, water, food starch-modified, salt, seasoning, yeast extract, salt, wheat starch, natural flavoring (botanical source), safflower oil, dextrose, citric acid], sodium phosphates, natural flavor (botanical source).  Basically anything white in the chicken from any part ground with bones removed and formed in a mold.  The bonding agent may be pork solids taken from the fatback of pigs also used to glue shoe soles together.    Holy Crap!  Pure chicken, wow and for years I thought it was gerbil meat and miscellaneous parts of the cow chicken that fell in the grinder .

CHICKEN MCNUGGETS — Are a type of chicken nuggets sold by the international fast food restaurant chain McDonald’s. They consist of small pieces of reconstituted ( small pieces glued together, not breast meat) boneless chicken meat that have been battered and deep fried.   Chicken McNuggets were conceived by Keystone Foods in the late 1970s eventually leading to their introduction in select markets in 1981. The nuggets were made available worldwide by 1983 after the fixing of a supply issue. The formula was changed in 2016 to remove artificial preservatives and improve the nutritional value, even using real chicken parts in some cases.

The Chicken McNugget is a small piece of processed chicken meat that is fried in batter and flash-frozen, then shipped out and sold at McDonald's restaurants. It was conceived by Keystone Foods founder Herb Lotman in the late 1970s.

McDonald's first executive chef, René Arend, a native from Luxembourg, created the Chicken McNuggets recipe in 1979. "The McNuggets were so well-received that every franchise wanted them", said Arend in a 2009 interview. “  There wasn't a system to supply enough chicken".  Supply problems were solved by 1983, and Chicken McNuggets became available nationwide in the United States.  In Canada, the national release was in late-January 1984.

According To McDonald’s Lab Rats And Geniuses — The nuggets come in four shapes: the bell, the bow-tie, the ball and the boot. The reason for the four different shapes is to ensure consistent cooking times for food safety.  Four shapes were chosen because McDonalds states “ The 4 shapes we make Chicken McNuggets in was the perfect equilibrium of disability and fun, as  would’ve been too few. 5 would’ve been, like, wacky.

Where Do They Find These Frickin Idiots And Again What Are They Smoking…?  —  As of August 1, 2016, the ingredients within the United States are as follows: White boneless chicken,  ( the underbelly , thighhs, upper leg etc.  about 85 percent is white)  water, salt, seasoning (yeast extract, salt, wheat starch, natural flavoring, safflower oil, lemon juice solids, dextrose, citric acid), sodium phosphates. Battered and breaded with water, enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, bleached wheat flour, salt, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, mono-calcium phosphate, calcium lactate), spices, wheat starch, dextrose, corn starch.

Prepared in vegetable oil (canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil) with citric acid as a preservative. McDonald's ingredients can vary outside of the US. In August 2016 McDonald’s announced that Chicken McNuggets no longer contained artificial preservatives. Just a sh*t load of real preservatives, and a whole bunch of bullsh*t.

It Does Not Mean You Are Getting Breast Meat  —  Again anything white on the chicken is thrown in and glued with usually something like gelatin.  Sometimes made from pork bellies, some they use whey as a glue. Go Google and how they are made, it’s disgusting… It will show you how brain washed our kids are and fed on garbage food.   A gluten free meal it’s not,  and all the white meat is not breast, much of it is the stuff I throw away or into the stock pot when I cook chicken.  In the UK such meals would be rejected by their parents and the health department.

Not Just Mcdonalds - The Fries Did It Too…It’s All About Profit
Though I use McDonalds as an example,  most information pertains to the other fast food companies. Back in the ‘ 80s, McDonald’s fries tasted great because they were hand or machine peeled and cut, and fried in beef fat, just like pork fat, they were very  “ Lardish flavored “  Lard (basically pig fat) will kill you but has great flavor, and they tasted great, they were loved by all including those who died from clogged arteries.

As time went on the food at McDonald's morphed and became more processed, more complicated and less natural. Public opinion and the government on the use of lards and fats dictated the changes. Today, the fries are synthetically flavored.

BUNGA-BOOED CLAIMS YOU WOULD HAVE TO PROVE TO ME— “ MCDONALD’S  hamburgers are 100 percent pure domestic beef without fillers or seasonings". To maintain our customers’ expectations and preference for lean, flavorful hamburgers, we carefully select fine cuts of grain fed beef and leaner cuts from dairy cattle".  This is a typical combination for quality ground beef.  We have found that this combination results in a flavorful hamburger that also has a lower percentage of fat (20 percent) than the government limits (30 percent).

EDITOR OPINION -   NO FILLER S OR SEASONINGS - JUST A SHITLOAD OF CHEMICALS —   The cow or bull did not have an international visa, or passport when it dropped dead from old age.

AND WERE DRAGGED INTO THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE BY TRACTOR BECAUSE THEY COULDN’T WALK —   Obviously they kill off the older, range cows who can’t give milk anymore .But lean in todays parlance is 85/15.   Some places 90/10 is very lean for those on cardiac limits or from cuts like round which have no fat and no taste. .
Hmm this sounds a lot like government speak.  Lord, if any of these corpo-guano writers make it to Heaven, make them eat McDonalds three meals a day.  They'll put in for a transfer if only to get hot food.  Ban micro waves and McDonalds would close their doors tomorrow.
